Very sturdy and comfortable

I love this chair. I pretty much assembled it by myself. Took about 30 mins or less because the instructions were very easy to follow. I had to get some help to attach the back to the fully assembled seat though only because it needs extra compression to hold it while you input the screws.Ive had it for 2 months now and It's high back like it says so I can easily rest my head on it. It reclines easily and when I slide out the foot rest I can definitely get a very comfortable nap in this thing.:-). I'm over 200lbs and the seat is thick enough to hold my weight. It doesn't squish out. The armrests are also comfortably placed. My spouse also uses it and my twin girls are ALWAYS battling out who was on it first.The only down side is the wheels don't have a lock to keep it from sliding. It tends to run but I'll be purchasing a chair mat to fix that problem

I needed a new office chair for home for my desk and had checked out many of them on Amazon. One of the main features I needed since I'm a big wide guy was whether the width of the seat between the arms would be wide enough for me to sit comfortably. This chair seemed to fit the bill and showed the seat wide between the arms to be a little over 21.3 inches. But when I finally received the chair and assembled it, it was about 1 inch smaller than the stated measurement in the item photo on the listing. An inch isn't much but it was for me because I have a chair where the arms are digging into my hips which is a real disappointment.Otherwise the chair is not bad and has some decent padding, good reclining options along with the foldout foot rest, which I probably won't use. And it does have a massage function which I didn't need but is a nice thing to have. It's kind of nice and though I don't think it was stated anywhere in the description, it's powered by a USB cord which isn't too long. I thought it might actually have or take a rechargeable battery inside the chair since I'm not familiar with powered chairs. So if you plug the massager into your laptop, don't move around or you'll pull off your computer off your desk. I guess you could use a portable battery pack to power it but there's no thing like a pouch to put it in so you can be more mobile moving around in the chair.Though I'm not as comfortable in it as I was hoping, I can tolerate sitting in it for long periods even with the arms kind of digging into my wide hips since it's not painful. For the price I paid, it's not too bad a chair so I'm keeping it and I'll see how it works out with more use. It has some nice extra features like the massager and footrest that don't normally come with other desk chairs in this price range so that's a plus.

This chair was a replacement after our flood so I needed some thing good as I sew , I did replace the wheels with the inline so that is great the seat part is fine But the arm rest's are all flat from leaning on them , So I will have to take them apart to see if I can add more support , I would have been better off with just plastic arm rests , I purchased this chair in November and it is now April, so only 5 months of use

It's a little smaller than I expected but so far so good. I haven't tried the massage yetUPDATE: So I tried the massage and it's great! They ONLY thing that could be improved is the foot rest. I am 5' tall on my best day and my feet hang off of the end. The foot rest pad is literally at my calf/ankle area.

The button to across the massage function broke in shipping and I asked them for a new one but they never sent it so I never even got to feel the massage function which was the only reason I bought this chair. And then the cord ended up just getting ripped off by the wheels and it is not very sturdy it is constantly shifting while sitting in it even though I tightened the bolts down as hard as possible. The only good thing about it is that is isn't as uncomfortable as some of the other chair I've sat on.

My son has gone through 3-4 gaming chairs. After receiving this one he said this one has way more cushion and he wishes we would have bought him this chair long ago. So far it’s holding up great. After 5 months of use it still looking new!
