proceed with caution
this product works very well. however do not take two at once. i ended up with jitters and throwing up. one is enough!! i recommend taking it 30-40 minutes before working out. it gives you energy but if you don’t use the energy it gives you. you won’t feel good.

Sweating my a** off!!
So it makes you sweat like crazy just sitting down doing nothing! The first day I did notice a little jitters. The next day I used it as a pre-workout if your working your body out you don't notice the jitters as much. I also ate a small healthy snack right after taking it which probably helps with any nausea. It's an amazing pre-workout it gives you the Boost without the Itchy face. I also noticed it does help with my appetite. A lot less binge eating so I can eat more intentionally to fuel my body.

Good stuff! Its a cleaner energy than caffeine. I used to drink 3 cups of coffee before noon but now its down to one.

Shewwwweeeeee. If you want to see sound and hear colors, this is for you. I drink a ton of caffeine/coffee everyday as a mom of 6 and full time employee. But this? I'm certain I could do everything there is to do, and still have 23 hours left in the day.
