She’s been really happy with it, especially since she can keep it in her room and make a cup whenever she wants. She also appreciates that it’s much easier to use than the last K-Cup machine she had years ago.Based on her experience, I think this coffee maker would be a great addition to an office, dorm room, or any small space where you need a quick and easy cup of coffee. It’s compact, brews fast, and the self-cleaning feature is a nice touch for keeping it in good condition.---This coffee maker seems like an excellent choice for anyone needing a convenient and space-saving solution for their coffee needs.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but ordered this as a convenient way to make a quick cup of tea. Now, k-cup tea is not great tea; this is definitely a "for convenience" approach. It's easier to store a variety of teas (just need a variety pack of k-cups, rather than a canister of loose leaves for each type), and the process to make a cup is uniform and simple (though, of course, this is part of why the tea isn't nearly as good). But all of that is just the reality of k-cup tea - if you're going to use this type of brewer for tea, you should go in knowing all that. So, knowing that we have a k-cup brewer, let's move on to the real question: is this a good k-cup brewer?Well, it's a lot less expensive up front than a Keurig-branded brewer, so as long as it doesn't break down right away that's a plus. It's compact and simple to use. It produces a hot cup in about 2 minutes, as advertised.The water reservoir is small - pretty much you're just going to fill it from the cup you're brewing into before each use, unlike some models that have a larger reservoir and then have settings for the size of cup you're brewing into. Since I'm really just making a cup at a time and don't care to leave a half-full reservoir of water sitting around, I like this, but that may be a matter of individual preference.I like that it has a descaling reminder. I wish I was sure how it functions - whether it actually detects build-up that needs to be cleared away, or whether it just lights up after every however-many uses - but either way it's a better-than-nothing way of making sure you don't perpetually forget to maintain the unit.It doesn't have any sort of overflow/safety drain. If, in your morning fog, you forget to put the cup under the spout, you will pour hot liquid onto the base and, ultimately, your counter.I have it plugged into an outlet with a GFI, and in the first few uses the GFI did trip once. The machine continued working fine when I reset the GFI, and there was no indication of any actual hazard; it's possible my GFI was just being fiddly. If I notice this to be an ongoing issue, then I'll post an update (and that would certainly result in a downgrade of the overall rating), but for now I'm assuming it was a fluke.So... it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but as a basic model that gets the job done, it seems to do what it's supposed to do and it doesn't take up much space or get in the way.

Love this little coffee maker because it is so simple and easy to use. It is perfect for that afternoon coffee or just a quick coffee on the go. It is even so portable that you can take it with you pretty much anywhere and so it works great for weekends away where you're never too sure what the hotel, cabin, room is going to supply. Just pop it in with your luggage and you're good to go.One thing to note is that it is not designed to accommodate large mugs or travel mugs as these are too big for the coffee maker. It will however, fit a regular size mug no problem.The coffee is made within a few minutes and is piping hot.Great little coffee maker for the money. 10/10

It stopped working within a week.

This little machine works just as good if not better than the expensive brands. I had a name brand that quit working not long after buying it and after trying to fix it and not having any luck I ended up tossing it. I was hesitant to buy a new one so I’ve been going without my morning coffee for months until I saw this coffee maker and decided to give it a try. I am amazed at how well it works and I am so happy to have my coffee again. I definitely recommend this coffee maker. It works just as good if not better than the more expensive name brand ones!
