Bien suivre la notice pour le montage. Il faut bien prendre le temps de positionner chaque pièce.La fontaine fonctionne bien et notre chaton l'a adopté directement, elle ne voulait quasiment pas boire dans une gamelle. Et du coup elle ne grimpe plus dans l'évier pour boire au robinet

Water pump stopped after 5 weeks
We've owned this fountain before and it was great - no issues for years. However, for this order, the pump has stopped working. Basically I just spent 65 euro for a stainless steel bowl. And the fact that the price dropped 30 euro since we ordered (on 11 July) doesn't leave me thrilled, either.

Leise & und komplett aus Edelstahl: Update: Kaputt, Frage bei Hersteller läuft
Wir hatten vorher einen anderen Brunnen (Trevi Brunnen), der teilweise aus Plastik / Edelstahl war. Leider wurde die Pumpe lauter mit der Zeit, oder ging gar nicht (Kabel hat wohl ein Problem ab und zu gehabt). diese hier ist erfreulicherweise sehr ruhig, und macht auch was her, wenn auch ein wenig groß. Sie ist leicht zu reinigen, und wir würden sie wieder kaufen. Hatte auch gleich weitere Filter gekauft, sind auch nicht so teuer.Update: nach 2 Monaten ist das Plastikteil für den Durchfluss nicht mehr aufschraubbar, d.h. der Filter kann nicht getauscht werden. Ein Ersatzteil kann ich nicht mehr finden.Update erneut: ich habe vom Hersteller sofort (!) ein Ersatzteil bekommen, und nun ist alles bestens - daher nicht nur 5 Sterne für das Produkt, sondern auch für den Kundensupport vom Hersteller, Danke !

Ottima fontana
Abbastanza facile il montaggio, facile la pulizia, ottimo il prezzo per una qualità eccellente considerato che è quasi tutta in acciaio e di grandi dimensioni, silenziosissima e nessun schizzo d'acqua fuori . Unica nota stonata che dopo 4 mesi di uso la pompa di ricircolo dell'acqua non ha più funzionato.
