Not good at all The battery is going in 1 min

I liked the item but its battery is problematic. It looks like it has battery but then it closes I don’t understand why maybe the product is malfunctioning I don’t know. I bought it at the end of September and I couldn’t use it much. But this battery problem is there from the very beginning I don’t know if Amazon or the seller can help me to renew it since the warranty is for 1 year.

Hab das Produkt bisher erst einmal testen können und bin positiv überrascht. Fühlt sich angenehm an. Über den Effekt kann ich nicht viel sagen, außer dass nach der Reinigung die Haut sauber war und sich weich anfühlte. Bis jetzt bin ich guter Dinge. Verwende ein Hyaluron Gel dazu
