I had to take 2 stars off, the ingredients are ridiculously unhealthy.
The media could not be loaded. B12 is from synthetic form Cyanocobalamin, ingredients maltodextrin, now this spikes my blood sugar like no other, I wanted to eat more food after taking this, and my insulin response was activated too often because of it. For the sake of my review of course I tried it regardless of the unhealthy ingredients.Next on the list is sucralose, this destroys gut microbiome, also is many times sweeter than sugar. The good things about this product, it did help me lift heavier weights with more reps, but not much different to normal creatine, I usually take plain powder form. This did taste like cherry, and it did taste nice, it was almost effervescent [fizzy] this is most likely the taste of malic acid, I know that taste anywhere, and I love it. I don't mind that ingredient, it goes well with creatine, aminos and pre-workouts.This is creatine monohydrate but in form of 6g per 10g dose, that is a bit too high even for my liking. I prefer the 5g creatine hit per day, I just do, my kidneys thank me for it, and the lower I go, my kidneys feel healthier. The soft spot for me these days is between 3-5g of creatine. I used to take 10g, I used to train 10 hours a day with this stuff for 6 years in a row before the lockdown.Creatine can help either lean, or bulk based on your exercise routine, and diet, it doesn't make you big, or small[lean], what it does is help you get there indirectly, when you lift the extra rep or two, it can help you bulk with more calorie diet, where as otherwise without the creatine you won't get that extra rep. There's a huge science debate on it, check out youtube videos, some of them have good research.Creatine is okay, but I would rate 5/5 if they take out these ingredients:1: Maltodextrin2: Sucralose3: Cyanocobalamin - replace it with Methylcobalamin the real version of B12.Something important, it takes time to bulk, but why this might not work to bulk is simple, the maltodextrin/sucralose spikes blood sugar levels, and causing that insulin response, when there is an insulin response, during this time, the bodies growth hormone responsible for making you big, cannot activate, so you take this you get insulin resistance, and you cannot grow muscle at the end of the day, You maybe able to get lean, which involves less calorie intake more definition, but bulking is going to be a challenge with these ingredients.I will end up donating this product to someone who's more into the ingredients in the future, but for me it belongs in the bin, as those ingredients including ones not mentioned, which are most likely synthetic too, go against my health code.
