Purchased the 2 shooter pack after a good experience in the previous year. However this time, the product was extremely flimsy. The shooter's head broke when I lit the herb. I opened the first shooter last Friday. And it broke while smoking. I thought it might have been a one off broken item. The same thing happened when I opened the second shooter today. The head broke and fell to the floor when I lit the herb. I have discarded the broken glass shards as it was hazardous to have them around.This is unacceptable and I want a replacement.

Just as expected....The product was a perfect fit for my bong and packing was also good. The quality of product was also quite good.

The product is good but I got 2 separate lengths and it does not fit a 11 inch Bong for sure because the part which is supposed to make it air tight, goes inside the funnel xD. Durability is not good so handle with care.

It is a good product the flow is nice and yes the hole for the shooter is perfect to fill in it won't fall down... Overall a good shooterOnly con the length is small but it's okayPS: all glass shooters are fragile so handle with care

The product I got was broken. It seemed too that the glass used was too brittle.
