I've never been one to take great care of my hair. Shampoo and conditioner is about all I ever use, no additional products. However, lately I've been wanting to get more into hair care because who doesn't want shiny, strong hair? I was so excited to try these Remilia serum capsules because one, look at the packaging, it's adorable. And then, the benefits of shine, strength, and moisture. All things my hair could use more of. All you do is twist the little top off the capsule and squeeze the serum onto your hair. According to Remilia, you should apply half to damp hair, and then the rest after if needing frizz control and extra shine. The first time I used a capsule, I applied it to damp, brushed hair. With me having pretty short hair (a bob), I had plenty left over (they definitely give a generous amount per capsule!). After drying, my hair felt extremely smooth and soft and the ends did seem less frizzy. I think I noticed the biggest difference though when I applied the serum onto dry hair. After allowing the serum to soak in, my hair felt silky smooth without any frizz. It also had a nice shine to it as well without looking greasy. . One of my favorite things about Remilia Hair capsules though is the smell! It's such a nice, light scent that makes my hair smell amazing! Another thing, I left this serum on my hands for a little bit and I couldn't believe how soft they felt. Which is quite a feat with how dry and cracked my skin is right now. So maybe they can turn this hair product into a body oil/lotion as well (hint hint :D)?? Also, these are cruelty free and the capsules are biodegradable!

This had great reviews and I have to say it definitely should have five stars. I use half a capsule of the oil daily, and it keeps my hair, soft, and the only thing I have found in the recent years to reduce frizz. I love that.

I Bought this product for my Daughter & myself. I have fine straight long hair. My daughter has Curly thick hair she is growing out. My daughter uses them once every 2 weeks & I use them about once a month . We both love how they make our hair look/ feel . Soft, silky, shiny , bouncy. Not too thick for my thin hair it actually gives me some volume the first couple of day after use . I use half a capsule my daughter uses a full capsule . We do not use everyday or more than I have posted as too much keratin can cause breakage . Finding the right balance for our hair to use & this stuff is amazing . My mother is now ordering for her very thick long Italian hair after seeing our hair after treatment & over all improvement in dryness & shine. Just remember, a little goes along ways . The fragrance is not over powering to me , but if you are easily irritated by fragrance this may be problematic for you . Both myself & my daughter have not experienced any irritation. Also :Dimethicone is sometimes referred to as a silicone oil. Dimethicone coats hair, providing great shine and conditioning to the hair ....A Simple clarifying shampoo once a month prevents build up even if you are using no silicone oils , at least for myself and daughter this has worked fine. We also get trims every 2 months or so . I Will be a repeated customer and be repurchasing .

Overall I would say I like & recommend this product! I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I’m definitely more of a critic when it comes to hair products... What I like: safe ingredients, nice scent, portability, softness, less-waste, main packaging is cute, shortens blow dry time What I don’t like: potential oily feeling, can be too heavy for some hair types (doesn’t add volume), packaging isn’t always consistent You can most definitely over-use this if you’re not careful. If you have fine to normal hair, I would recommend even less than what their description says. After about two months of use on my own naturally fine curly hair, I can tell that a little goes a long way. Every person is different, so just be cautious of what works for you! They do quote that it adds volume, but I did not experience that. Even with a light amount it seemed to weigh my hair down some, which is to be expected with an oil. I do have fine hair though, so not all may feel that way. I noticed some of their packaging on their Instagram looked very cute straight out of the mail...I received a typical Amazon envelope with just the jar inside. It doesn’t bother me, but it is important to keep in mind if you’re expecting a grandiose unpacking experience like some pictures show. That all being said- I feel as though it does add shine and seems to keep your hair healthy. Just use the right amount and take it slow. Since it does contain keratin, you can over-use it, so I like to apply it every other or 3 times after shampooing. Hope this helps!

Leaves my gray remarkably soft

I have used this product twice since purchasing and I am loving the results. I have blonde colored treated hair. I am also, at the beginning of growing out my natural colored hair which has some gray which can be a little unmanageable. This products works amazing on both my damaged and new hair no oily feeling no frizz and smells amazing. Will be adding this product to my subscription list so I never run out.

I got this specifically to help the static issue I have been having badly with my hair. I've used twice so far. I applied to damp clean hair and the first time it did seem to help. However, the next time it did not. It is easy to apply and move through hair. It does seem to absorb well. I did research on serums or products with Dimethiconol. It's a silicone which can cause build up and prevent moisture. Since my issues are due to lack of moisture this is not helpful to me. Does seem to give my hair more texture and softness but it was more noticeable the first time I used it. I will not buy again because of the dimethiconol.

These are the best. I bought them for convenience on a trip with lots of pool time. But now I will be using them daily. I have tried so many oils. This has the perfect amount of moisture without being greasy. It’s easy to use and offers a perfect amount/size. Its great for colored hair. It’s also really pretty.

This product is amazing! My hair became extremely soft and shiny. My mum has damaged dyed hair and she tryed many oils and serums, after this serum her hair became really soft and she doesn't need any other oil afterwards.

Absolutely love this product! It left my hair feeling soft and healthy, added the perfect amount of shine, tamed my frizz and it smells amazing - not too strong but smells like fresh/clean hair like you just got home from the salon! I tried this product on my hair dry and wet. I did however like using it on my wet hair a little better because I found I could work in the product more evenly. But, on my dry hair I really noticed a difference on my ends. The little capsules are also great (+ super easy to travel with).
