This Garcinia has helped me to reach my weight loss goals. Taking it before every meal took a couple of weeks of getting used to, but once I got into a good cycle, the results were pretty crazy. Within a few weeks of taking them consistently, I began to loose weight noticeably. Everyone at work was asking me if I lost weight and what I was doing differently. I feel like it really super charged my workouts a lot. I only exercise about 3 times per week, but I think that the added energy and fat burning has really helped turn those 3 workouts into something more. One thing that I noticed was that my snacking is finally under control. I have tried portion control and limiting snacking in the past, but my appetite has been significantly suppressed to the point where I am able to be satisfied with the smaller portions and fewer indulgences. If you have a sweet tooth or snack out of boredom during the day, this will help a lot.

I bought one pack in march 2018 that time it worked for me boosted my energy level now again I ordered the same pack in feb 2019 but this time it doesn't work for me.. no boost in energy no weight loss.. nothing happened... Even the taste is also different from the previous one.. I think there is no quality check system.

Might get infections... I got belly infection underneath stomach... Had to be on medication after using this pill for 25days.. It dint cut down on my appetite or reduce any weight for me in 25days

Please do not use this product.I am writting this review after 4 months of purchasing this product. As for advertisement it really helps in reducing appetite & prevents you from overeating. Allover it helps to get rid of eating disorder but it comes with a side effects. It gives a terrible headache . When I started using this after a week my headache started & it did not stop after taking some medicines. Then I stopped taking this on 10th day and took only painkillers for headache because the headache was unbearable. I could not sleep, focus, it was pure torture. But eventually after stop taking this the headache was gone in 3 weeks. So requesting to please control your diet & work out. Do not take shortcuts.

Its really working. Very good product for weight management i have tried many products and home remedies also it not working. But this one did it only thing u need to take exactly 45 mins meals. And moderate workout with this tablet daily gives u good result. But be keep in mind weight loss will not happen over week it will take time. Because it is weight management pill not weight remover magic pill😉😉😉

This works as enabler. But there is no substitute to routine exercise. What I can suggest after using it for a month. Plan your exercise and medicine usage. Please don't overdose for quick result.
