Not much of a tea person, but this one tastes really good! Don't know how much it helped immune-wise, but it is really soothing when you're sick.

I take a number of supplements but after a while I get tired of taking pills and this tea covers a whole bunch of vases for me and it tastes really good. I drink it cold. I guess you could drink it warm but I also sometimes mix it with seltzer water and it is very refreshing as well as healthy
