Update: seller communicated back to me and sent me another chair. This one went together easier although it did take a little of finagling. It’s a very pretty chair and the seat is very firm. My husband says it feels good to sit in as he has a bad back. He’s about 280 lbs and it held him just fine. The legs are adjustable to level if floor is uneven. Overall it’s a nice chair. Upon receiving the chair all parts were there. However when I put the back of.chair into the base the screw holes do not line up. I contacted the company and it’s taking days to get a response. If they resolve the issue I will update.

Chairs were as pictured. The fake leather looked and feels real and seems to be durable. Have only had for a couple weeks so do not know how long they will hold up. The chairs were easy to put together and directions were easy to follow as the various parts were marked and identified. No specialty tools required. The comfort is average as they tend to be on the smaller side and they are not soft or supportive (but considering they are about 100 per chair and footrest- they certainly meet expectations. For chairs in a library or sitting room that you don’t plan to use for hours a day- they are perfect. If it is a chair to be used daily for hours- you will need to spend more money. For the money and periodical use- it would be hard to beat. The footrest is an added bonus!

The chair is absolutely beautiful, exactly as it is in the ad. It's sturdy, not too big, it fits just about anywhere. However, it is a little too firm, I would expect it to be a little more comfortable.

These chairs look good, but are very uncomfortable to sit in. Very versatile, could be used in variable room settings. It feels fairly sturdy, but needs to have thicker padding in the seat and the back. The back is very upright with no adjustment ability. The color is nice, but the constant comment is how uncomfortable it is to sit in.

These chairs look classy and sit comfortably. Clients like them and so do we.
