Q: Why is this product making me bloat more? I was really excited to try this product but it’s making me more bloated and gassy? Any reasons why?

That happened to me on the beginning of taking this. I decided to keep using it because I didn't want another jar of greens in my cupboard. But around week 3, I noticed it actually working and no longer getting tons of bloat and less gassy. I just figured the product was trying to get all the old crap out of my system for a few weeks. 3 months later, I feel really good using it. :)

Q: How much sugar is in this product?

On the supplement facts for the coconut flavor there is less than 1g of sugar. I hope that helps you.

Q: Can you mix in both cold and hot water?

I only mixed it in cold and it was delicious.

Q: what is the best flavor?

If you want something sweet go for Mixed Berry (sweet w/ light matcha flavor), if not probably the original flavor (just a matcha flavor).
