The first time we ordered this, it had two tiny holes in the bottom; but we were determined to get one because we liked the design. We sent the defective one back with no problem and were very happy with its replacement. We like to see and hear our fountains around the pool area. A+ for the price and features.

I have two of these. I repainted one. Both are retrofitted with a solar fountain. I think it's too expensive. $150 is a lot of money for a shell of plastic, and now it's $225. However I love how this brings water sounds and birds. I put wire to keep out leaves. Score key: ⭐️ 1 star= Dissappointed. I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some reedeeming quality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = It's passable. Might not have bothered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Mostly Satisified. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = Entirely Satisfied. Recommend.

I apologize if your fountain is losing water. Please be advised that it’s normal for fountains to lose a large amount of water. When the fountain is turned on its losing water from condensation and splashing. Also, bigger fountains tend to lose more water. I contacted the Seller and got this reply "Please try the following: Fill up the fountain at night and turn it off. If the water levels drop dramatically, the fountain might have a leak and needs to be replaced. If the water level stays the same there is no leak and it’s losing water from condensation and splashing. You can adjust the pump to a lower setting to help with the splashing. Please let us know if this helps pinpoint the issue so we can continue to help." Now, if you watched the video, you can tell there is a flaw in the manufacturing of the fountain. I will give the Seller another day or two; if they don't offer another remedy, I will have to return the fountain to Amazon. It is really is a nice fountain.

Perfect! The lights are beautiful and they have taken extra care in manufacturing to ensure the water display is not too loud It is at a peaceful level.

This item doesn't look as it is pictured here. It looks like a cheap halloween decoration. It comes in a large box and amazon takes no responsibility for the sale. they refer you to a third party and you have to pay to send it back yourself. so you have to get a massive box to a shipping place and pay more than the item costs to send it back. I recommend not buying it.

Light weight accent to add peaceful mood

Easy to install. Lightweight. Pretty. Problem with the lining in the bowl. I had a couple of small leaks and after a few weeks, the light was showing through the bowl fountain. I had my handyman install black waterproof lining and it was fine.
