Wise and eye opening . Helpful lessons to find iour self ntrospection as well as our own self power. We are not the "parasite" and do not have to suffer, we can use our our ancestors word and their lessons past present and future generations are one.

All of the books published by the Ruiz family are golden, but this is my favorite. It's such a precious treasure and everything about it makes it so, from the fonts to the paper to the absolute beauty and simplicity of the teachings and how Don Jose chose to present them in his warm, loving, compassionate manner. It is truly a gift to those who are looking for a reduction of suffering in their lives and a growth of joy and happiness. Wisdom that is thousands of years old, yet absolutely spot on today, it evokes deep reflections and ways to grow your happiness.

This is such a well written thought-out book. I've learned so much from this author and look forward to a new way of living.

I am new to the subject, this being my first real read. The book is well written and easy to understand. The stories that are told go a long way in explaing the subject. I did well picking this as an introductory book and would recommend it to even a more advanced student.

I enjoyed reading this, and it helped change my attitude about life and nature. I also love the stories in each chapter as examples of life lessons.
