a perfect aid to eating healthily makes portion control easy and fun. My husband doesn't even know I use it for his meals as I transfer the food to an ordinary plate to serve. These plates are also my best friend when using the microwave - no accidents using a wrong dish, this is easy to pick out of the cupboard for defrosting many items - including bread. I am so pleased with these plates

Good value for money diabetic portion control plates. Only just received, so not sure how long the melamine will last…hopefully a long time. Pleased with them.

It gives you a good idea of what portions you can have and also an idea of what you can eat as it’s written in the plates

Really nice useful plates just don't use in the microwave as they cracked and burn

Was disappointed that when ordering said suitable for microwave but it is not

Love the size, was just what I was looking for. Only used it a couple of times so can't definitely comment on their durability for the moment.

The plates were plastic which I didn't realise. I was also led to believe there would be recipes included. There weren't. Not good value. I wouldn't recommend.
