Snow Peak Titanium Mini Solo Cookset

I bought this via amazon.com which was surprisingly painless (and not too expensive on top of ‘base’ cost).It’s a great little cookset that I use on my bikepacking ‘adventures’ and has been mostly used for brewing tea to date.It fits together well and ‘swallows’ the gas and other bits and bobs.My only real criticism is that the net pouch is oversized and doesn’t cinch down the lid properly in transit.Cost was decent for titanium, had it been available direct in the uk I’d probably have given the full 5 stars.

The first pot set that I received was crushed by Amazon. The second one came, and I love it. It's super light, packable, and having the extra cup (for almost no extra weight) is really handy for making drinks, or sharing dinners. As other reviewers mention, there is no coating on the inside. So the cook has to stir-stir-stir. I did manage to burn tomato paste on the bottom, but it was my fault for taking a break from stirring, while the camp stove was on. The burnt bits came off with a little soap & soak in warm water at home.I haven't found the handles + heat to be a problem. They were warm but not hot to the touch, while I was cooking a 15min "lentil joes" recipe on the trail. However, this may depend on your stove. We are using an ultra-portable camp stove, and the flame stays under the pot, and doesn't travel up the side. I would suggest unfolding the handles before turning on the heat, and they're less likely to absorb heat from the pot itself.For travelling, this set is super handy on overnight hikes or tenting. All of my kitchen supplies, save my plate, fit inside of the pot and a standard fuel canister sits on top. The net bag that comes with the stove is tall enough to wrap around the canister as well, so I can keep my kitchen together. It's a great little set-up.Although this set is titanium, it isn't invincible. If it's sat on, tossed around or abused, it will bend out of shape. (Thanks Amazon for testing that theory.) Having said that, it's not entirely fragile and packs fine within an overnight bag. This set is an excellent investment and I hope that it lasts at least a decade.

The media could not be loaded.  It might be more money than other titanium products, but meh I just wanted something that everyone else wasn't using. It is light, compact for minimalist moto camping. The handles don't get hot, and hey it's made in Japan.

No es barata pero todo lo de esta marca es de excelente calidad recomendada para quien quiera viajar ligero ,si no es tan importante esa característica compra una de inox te ahorarrar dinero

モデルチェンジの直後、トレック900にスタッキング出来なくなったと聞いたので様子見してました・・・まぁ今回結局買っちゃったんですけど、普通に収まりますね・・・普通に被せればシリコンのつまみが干渉しますがシリコン製なので曲がった状態でバンド等で強引に固定できますそして蓋を裏返せば、干渉が無くなるので問題なくスタッキング出来ました後、気になったオンス表示ですがメモリ表示が4～16ozと正常でした
