Please read carefully.This phone is magical. It takes to the land of happiness.Ambani family is not wealthy and greedy for money they are actually highly responsible citizens of our country and only God knows that they just have best intentions in doing what they're doing. This is by far the most empowering device ever.Having said that lemme tell you some details about the phone.Works fantastically perfect and it's very responsive for patience type of people otherwise you can crib all you want because there is no end to cribbing or taunting etc. Very few people are now appreciative of the things around and a lot of vicious critics are eyeing to get a spotlight. 😂1. Excellent video calling in good network availability areas.2. Browser compliance playing mixcloud soundtracks online.🤣3. TV optimised resolution for phone and is very helpful in not buffering and flawlessly playing channels and videos.4. Jio music is amazing if you are language specific. Because I selected English and it played all the recent songs and as well as radio stations to my preference.5. I can watch 3 movies back to back without charging and with the little battery left I like playing music for 90 mins.6. Very high quality headphone audio output hardware if you prefer good bass use mi capsule headphones.7. Bookmyshow app and money control app keeps you up-to-date for fun and information. Besides the news updates are also great and very self selective.8. With extra 64gb card I loaded with Modern Family episodes and the best part was that they were HD in MP4 format which plays flawlessly except the MKV format which is not supported. But that's not a long-term prob for me.9. Speaker and audio quality is amazing for low volume and high volume listeners too.10. Bluetooth works efficiently upto 10 mtrs without walls.11. Attached with this review the camera quality picture of rear view camera with macro photography.12. I hate facebook and I think it creates social distress in all age groups. Those who are matured enough can understand. I deleted my facebook account 7 years before and I support #deletefacebook. Hence I'm least interested with any review regarding it and the Jio chat works efficiently to replace WhatsApp. I'm ready for a change.13. Phone also works like a power bank.14. Not interested in replacing my TV with this service but I really like the power pack in my pocket to use it while I'm at anyplace to keep me entertained with my set of individual preferences and I do like it majorily because there is no one between me and my choice of individuality with this device.I think society needs more of JIO mentality than an iPhone mentality 😉😉😂

I purchased a Reliance Jio phone on 3-8-19 online through you. I am sorry, I misplaced the Invoice, of which you will have the copy. However a scan of the bar codes are attached.I regret to say that the instrument keyboard is not working properly. The key pad lock/unlock button and the cursor up/down keys are not working properly and needs to be operated multiple times. Needless to add, customers expect certain standards both from Amazon as well as Reliance Jio. I am afraid, this expectation is not fulfilled in the present case. To us, from the very beginning, the instrument looked sub-standard. The instruments we saw at Reliance Digital stores presented a better look.I know I am a bit late with my complaint.I request you to immediately replace the same to save my time while using it and of course your reputation.Thanks and regards,(Ajish Vijayan Nair)

The phones quality is good. The built is steady. The call quality is good and the network is stable. Speaker is loud enough but the quality of the sound is not that great but it does gets quite loud. The camera is also good in its class, takes decent photos, as this is not a very high resolution camera the performance is acceptable. Design is good. Device feels strong. Good keypad, but takes time to get used to it. But now the software, it is the most disappointing part of the device. Software is is full of bugs, unresponsiveness, glitches. Many times most of the common apps failed to work properly. Once I had to take a picture of something and the front camera option suddenly just disappeared, lastly I had to take it to the service centre to get it repaired. But of course, the cheapness of the jio plans compensate a lot.

Good Basic Smartphone from Reliance Jio. I brought it as my secondary phone. Got it for 1400 and realistically I am not expecting the high performance like other high-end smartphones. I port my Airtel number to jio to use in this phone.read pros-cons thinking of 1500rsPros- 1. Good Battery Life2. 49rs for 28 days is budget friendly3. Kios is responsive4. Rear Camera is quite Good5. Speaker make good sound6. Have useful apps JioTV, JioMusic, Hotstar, BookmyShow and Facebook and remember Youtube, WhatsApp is coming on 15th August7. Voice Assistant is quick, well responsive and does things correctly.Cons- 1. Front Camera is just OK2. The phone is a little heavy3. Small problem in Messages- when I open any msg it starts from the bottom I need to scroll up to see full msg.Verdict- Buy without any worry.

Actually it hangs many time.But it has only 512 MB RAM.& Now It gives us many Android Applications e.g. WhatsApp, Sony LIVE, Voot, YouTube, Map, which is Very good.Except But expect more from WhatsApp.Bcoz it's an old version, which means, you can't see the status (post) & no emojies.Bdw I Really Like the Map, which very good & above my expectations in this type of phone. This Map app helped me a lot.The one common problem is the keyboard.Sometimes It's not working properly.

Major Issues that I am facing with JIO Phone :1) This is a Single SIM Phone & You can use one & only JIO SIM.2) Pre-installed Apps cannot be uninstalled. 3) Very Few Apps (Around 30) are available on JIO Store.4) Apps take too much time to load.5) This phone hangs a lot (almost once in every 15 minutes).6) Even after a full charge, Phone cannot be used for more than 6 hours (Talk Time).Reliance Digital is sending old model (F120B) instead of new model (F220B). So, i would recommend that purchasing this phone Off-Line is better.
