I have 2 Aussie's that shed like crazy and are always wrestling with hair flying everywhere, we heat with wood that also causes dust. Since plugging this in, I don't see dog hair flying all over and I can actually go days without dusting. I am very happy with it so far. I'm just hoping that the filters last a good long time. It also is very quiet.

This air purifier is AMAZING! I've never used one before and now I want one in all our rooms and all over our home. This air purifier is really easy to use. Set up takes like 2 minutes to simply unbox and unwrap the filter. The instruction manual is very straight forward and easy to learn from. set up is as simple as just learning the touch buttons, plugging the machine in and turning it. Once it on it gets to work quick! I was surprised to find how bad our air quality was when turning this thing on. It was alarming to see our air quality was like 190+/- PM (particle matter) upon plug in. It took maybe one hour to feel like the air was light cleaner and just felt better. I didn't expect to really notice a difference using this air purifier but, I really do! My husband doesn't but I definitely do! I even sleep better next to it!The purifier took about 2 hours to get down to around 40 PM. The light indicator ring is pretty cool for easily and quickly checking the air quality. The couple things I would note about this purifier is that it works really well but placement is important. We placed it in our living room and kitchen. Every time we cook it spikes and works hard to automatically get our air quality to good range again. I never realized how much cooking pollutes our air quality for prolonged amounts of time. The other thing I would emphasize is that it is important where the purifier is place in order to work properly. We placed it right in-between the entrance to both of our living room and kitchen and it does a fantastic job coving both spaces as well as my husband's office and our down stairs hallway.I find a noticeable difference in our air quality since we started using this machine. I couldn't be more impressed or happy with how well this air purifier works! It's completely opened my eyes to air quality and the difference it makes in our home. Couldn't recommend this air purifier more! For such a powerful machine it doesn't take up much space and is surprisingly quiet.

First of all... Amazon you should be ashamed of how this was packaged! Tossed into a massive box which was completely unneccessary. But beyond that there was nothing else inside. This thing clearly banged around in there. I am just glad it works because I have had this for a while and thought, it's probably going to break at some point. Luckily it hasn't.Beyond that... this is an excellent product. Works well and is very quiet. It seems that the room has less impurities also (at least if the device is to be believed).

DISLIKE: instructions too small to read.

Bosch is a quality brand that has been making top tier Automotive and Industrial parts for decades. So a purifier from them should be a quality unit that will last a long time. Purifier works well about as expected for one in this size range.

The fan was well packaged by Bosch, not so much by Amazon - just thrown into a larger box with no stuffing. Interesting that it is shipped from Bosch in it's original packaging too with Fragile all over it - Oh well.Anyway, unpacking and clear directions and setup quickly.However, when the fan turned on initially and did ring colors as well as fan speed changes (all expected and correct) and the 2.5 meter lowering down eventually to 2 I was confused. How could this fan clean a room with visible dust in the air (sunshine through it) that quick (which it didn't). Went back to description. Oh - it's me. it's designed to filter 2.5 micron particles from the air - so it doesn't care about the bigger stuff. Okay - I'll just run manually for a week and see what filter looks like.Anyway, cooking bacon in the kitchen (another completely different room and about 30ft away) the ring changed to a magenta color....Hmmm... And it read 15. Wow. Even with duct on, the AC blowing air around house was enough to set this off - That's sensitive! After cooking a few minutes later it was back down to 2.So, this is a great product for filtering smoke, or other fine particulate matter - which is amazing. I'm also sure it will filter larger stuff too (just not automatically) as this HEPA filter is quite big.So, it does what it's supposed to and quite well.

This has been a great addition to the house during all the wildfires we have been having in Idaho. We were cooking the other day and it has an automatic air quality sensor and turns up the fan accordingly. Our food got a little smoky on the stove and this air purifier kicked up to high speed. It has an air quality light ring on the side that when it goes red you know you have bad quality air in your home. The one negative quality about this machine is if it is on manual mode you cannot turn off the light during the night. Night mode turns the light off but it only does automatic fan mode and no manual fan speed if you are wanting to use this as a fan/noise machine at night like we like.

Nice, quiet air purifier. Covers a large area, I have an open concept kitchen.living/dining and it seems happy to be filtering the air in this area, low micro-particle reading and blue color indicator. It has the hepa filter and so I am sure it is filtering something. I am not sure how sensitive the detector is, it does require cleaning, but I don't see as much variation with dust type fine matter as I might expect. It does reacts strongly to cooking and smoke. The lights although bright are dimmable, that was a concern if you want to use it in the bedroom.
