Here is my full honest review of this belt I bought this belt a few weeks ago and have to say I am very impressed with it. I have a 32 inch waist and bought the small size 26-32 which I’ve found to be perfect even on settings smaller than the largest one 1. Build quality 8/10 - I got the used belt and it came in just plastic packaging (which is how it describes it would be sent). Belt came with no scratches, rips, tears, or blemishes of any sort. I’ve used belts in the past from brands like SBD, rogue, gym reaper, etc and of course those belts will have higher quality but you pay for what you get. The quality of these belts however are still very high and are not to be slept on. The belt isn’t so stiff that it will dig into your ribs and stomach but stiff enough to get plenty of brace during squats and deadlifts. 2. Looks/aesthetics 6/10 - if you’re like me and you want a belt that looks nice but don’t have 200 plus dollars to spend than this is the perfect belt. The lever has a nice glossy metallic finish and the belt itself has white stitching which gives it great contrast 3. Training benefits 10/10 - I’ve been training now consistently for 6 years and the benefits from this belt have been huge for me. Recently I injured my back pretty bad after deadlifting only 405 with a thin Velcro belt. Using this belt adds on an easy 50 pounds which allowed me to deadlift 495 and my lower back has never felt so good after heavy lifting days. I’ve also been using it for power cleans and snatching and although I still prefer the flexibility of a thinner belt like the 2pood belts or even Velcro belts Olympic weightlifting exercises are still very doable Overall I am extremely impressed with this belt and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget belt that offers them the same benefits as the high end expensive ones This belt gets an 8/10 for me

Good belt i should have bought one ages ago. My buddy turned me onto it whwn he let me borrow his Inzer belt, well, i dont have Inzer money lol... and im more of a cardio guy anyway. This belt has served me well for almost a year. Its a great value and i like how it doesnt have a logo on it so you can customize it if you like or leave it blank if you dont want to look like the goofballs walking around with GYMREAPERS plastered all over the place lol.

Great quality belt amazing price great locking with no slip during my lifts helps and supports my back,and adjustable for weight fluctuations. Also has been allowed in every comp (regionals states etc) still holding up a year later with everyday use

Really good lifting belt. You do need to wear it and beat it up a little to have a nice snug fit.

Not SBD quality by any means, generic buckle and material. After 2+ months of 2x week use it has yet to "break in". Leaves desire for more precise size adjustments. Decent budget belt but would spend the extra on better quality next time

Tight locking for excellent support. Adjustable and secure.

I am very happy with how comfortable it is to wear while working out. It doesn't move around when doing burpees or running.The best feature is how easy it is to wear. I do not feel any pain anymore when I workout using smith machine .

Takes a while to break in but feels very secure. screw heads don't sit flush on the buckle where it fastens to the strap, but it's never irritated me while lifting...don't even notice it, but it still bugs me because I know they're sticking out.
