I recieved a card from The post office telling me I had to pay £7.90 to release the package as the sender had not paid the correct amount, shame because the product itself is excellent

We never have any luck with blinds but the fact that you can measure the area and if the size isn't on the sizes they have and you add it to the comments and it comes to that size was amazing.And compared to prices given for installing a blind to fit and the ease of this install the amount I paid is amazing.We will be measuring more windows and getting more of these for sure.

Measurements do not account for the fixings....even though I put a message on my order stating the actual measurements of the opening.The blind delivered was to the width of the opening but no allowance for the fittings.Easy to cut down all but the bottom bar which is so time consuming to refit.Nice blind but obviously not happy.
