I’ve been using the rebounder for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with it! The quality is fantastic, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Assembly was easy — just follow the instructions and it was ready to go in no time. The bounce is smooth and provides just the right amount of resistance, making my workouts feel both fun and effective, unlike my previous trampoline with coils. The bungees on the trampoline make jumping quiet, I can exercise when we’re watching TV, which is a plus for a busy wife, mother, and business woman. I’ve been using it for cardio, toning, and even some stretches, and it’s been great for all of those! Decided to try this out and so far I like this one. I don’t have anything to compare it to but I like it. The bounce is easy and nice. It’s not too stiff feeling or too tight. I like that it has the handles also. Makes it easy to get use to using it. Especially if your balance is off. And it helps with stepping up and down on it. It was easy to put together. It’s very light weight and therefore easy to move if need be. It is very affordable compared to others I’ve seen! It should last a long time because it’s sturdy. I enjoy using it now and for years to come.

I purchased the 42in with the handle. It’s the perfect size and the handle helps me keep my balance. I like the bungee cord springs instead of metal so there’s no noise. The setup up was quick and easy.

The trampoline is great just what you would expect. I have only just received it so I can't speak on any longevity topics. I can say it was a bit difficult to set up and to my disappointment I had to wait for some muscle to get it open without taking off a significant amount of the bungees. That said the bungees were very easy to reattach after it was unfolded so if you need to do that to get it flat don't worry (if I had know they would be that easy I would have taken off more and opened it on my own). The directions that came with it show how to use the enclosed pole to attach the bungees. After the learning curve assembly would/will be easier. There is a very nice bounce that doesn't seem to put too much pressure on my knees and hip so I am happy about that. Mine dose have a little (very little) unevenness too it that could just be my floor but this doesn't affect anything and I don't feel uneven or have safety concerns when on it. Folding it will be easy, but time consuming and probably not great for regular folding if needed. My sadness with Amazon here is my box had some damage and due to this the foam on one handle is damaged. This could be easily fixed by sending new foam but Amazon will only replace the trampoline as a whole and that just feels like a waste and the small damage isn't worth sending the trampoline back.

Awesome product. At 71 I needed to move more so decided to try rebounding. Wasn’t sure how it would go having had 2 knee replacements. I love it. It took me a while to decide on which one to get without spending a ton of money and this one fit the bill perfectly. Light weight but sturdy. Opens out pretty easily and only had to assemble legs and T bar. Very happy with my purchase and it is fun to use.

Just received this fitness trampoline/rebounder today. Set up was pretty easy, if you have low upper body strength, you might need a little help opening the trampoline and tightening down any bungies that need to be stretched. Took me about 15-20 minutes in my own. Did a 10 minute beginner workout and feel great. The mat spring is nice and it’s wide enough to not feel constricted when doing fitness moves. It’s not too springy and not too stiff for me. I weigh 187lbs and it felt very good on my body. I will say the balance bar is a tad loose and moves a little bit, but as long as you know it, it’s all good. I think this trampoline is an excellent value for the money for a first time user trying to figure out if this is something they will actually stick with before investing a lot on a more expensive rebounder.

Exceeds expectations in all areas This is the 2nd rebounder that I ordered - the first was a well-known brand costing over 3x as much, sold as new, which arrived in used condition, with scratches & missing a key part. I I'm very particular about my products & purchases and this rebounder VERY easy and fast to assemble - the quality overall & ease of assembly is far superior to the brand that I spent several hundred dollars more for (and arrived damaged). I'm a beginner and the bounce is very firm and I like it a LOT. The size is perfect, I got the handrail (love it)and as a moderately active 63yo, the fun and cardio is exactly what I need to stay healthy and take care of my heart. I know I'll look forward to hopping on it throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Shown with a bar- does not come with a bar. Do you need a bar? Yes- it’s got great bounce! Get the bar! Easy to put together; easy to assemble and love that springs have a safety cover should any of them snap back. The mat itself is exceptionally sturdy- tightly woven. Would have been a great value if it had come with the bar; but do highly recommend!

Il y a des vidéos pour débutant sur you tube (certain exercices demande de la coordination, pratiquer selon ses capacités), 10 minutes c'est largement suffisant pour commencer. Le trampoline est facile à monter, cela change du vélo ou de la course à pieds. Choisir son trampoline par rapport à son poids de corps.
