My cats love this fountain! It's great when it's functioning. However, it stopped working after a month. The seller sent a replacement after I sent the old one back in. The 2nd one lasted almost 2 months. It wouldn't charge today and the charger and fountain are both melted at the port. That's scary. I know my cats are going to miss the fountain but it is not safe to use. So sad.Seller provided full refund for 2nd broken fountain. Good company

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews about the length of time before it stopped working, but I guess I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Purchased April 4th, and the pump stopped working a week ago. I fiddled around with it, hoping it would make a difference, and my persistence gave me the benefit of getting wet and being rewarded with its dieing breath (or should I say spurt). It's completely dead now, with only a slow erratic blinking blue light. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

It’s a good item. It had stopped working after 6 months- the water wouldn’t filter through. I was able to find out that one of the problems was to clean and disassemble the submerged filter part and sponge. Then it started working again. Love that it is rechargeable. Would definitely recommend.

I love this pet fountain because it's wireless. We don't have many outlets where we're need them so this has been great for that reason. The charge lasts a long time even with any little motion setting it off. Our cats are 15 yrs and 5 months and drink so much more water since having this.What seems to periodically happen is, it's overflowing. The water level is nowhere near the Max line. Due to the location of the carbon filter, where the return spout is, I think it's blocking the flow of water causing it to spill over. Perhaps the flow of water keeps pushing it forward, blocking the spout? We have it set up with the tall cuplike attachment. I've only had this about a month and it's overflowed 4 times. I had to put a big tray underneath since we would see the spillage until it was really big.This mormg, the tray was completely full. I only realized it because the pump was sputtering like it was empty. We it was 3/4 empty and all in the try. I removed the carbon filter to remedy the situation. I could also try a different attachment to reduce the flow.Took away 1 star because that's a pretty big problem to have to deal with.

So I purchased this water fountain for my two free roam bunnies. They drank out of it wonderfully. It’s rechargeable and ran really quiet.BUT then it just stopped working. The light is on saying it’s suppose to be running but the water is no longer sprouting. Really bummed! Had a good run for 4 months.
