If you like the taste of fresh dates, coconut and prefer healthy sweets, this caramel like sauce will delight you. Eat straight out of the jar or drizzle on coconut yogurt. Yum. Also the company has great customer service. One of my jars arrived with plastic seal opened and a bit of a sticky mess. The syrup was still fine. They replaced my whole order of two jars. Very wow. I also bought the pomegranate syrup which is also incredible for plating desserts. I am a fan.

If you have tried date syrup, this sauce is similar but with an obvious coconut background taste. To me it’s so good that it’s dangerous — hard to stop eating it. I expected it to have a thick caramel consistency but it’s much thinner as you can see in the video. I consider it to be on the expensive side. There are many ways to use it — on custards, in cake filling, on waffles or pancakes, on fruits or simply spooned directly onto my taste buds. If you like coconut and dates, you’ll like this sauce.

This sauce is just that, a sauce! So it is not as thick as the chocolate date spread. But, like suggested, I put it in the fridge and it gets about as thick as the date syrup if you have had that. But the flavor???? Out of this world. I taste the coconut, I taste the caramel, I taste the dates a bit on the back end of the flavor but this is really hard to believe it does not have other sugar. I highly recommend for Whole 30, or anyone who wants healthier sugar in their life. I drizzled it on different fruit, put it in my coffee, I would also put it on ice cream if I was eating ice cream right now.

I was looking for a caramel sauce that was non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy, free, Paleo and Whole 30 compatible. After many searches, I found the date lady coconut deep sauce, and fell in love with it. First thing I did was tried it for a week and then I signed up for the subscription because I can’t seem to keep it in the house. Yummy!!

Great syrup/sauce but it wasnt enough of a caramel flavor to me. It has a very earthy taste to me and reminded me more of roasted nuts made into a sauce. Its okay on ice cream, I want to make an apple pie this weekend and try that as a drizzle.

I love date lady products because the ingredients are so clean. I use this in my coffee but my favorite for coffee is the chocolate mint flavor which hasn’t been available in here. I hope they don’t discontinue that flavor.

This sauce is really delicious!! I have tried it on vanilla ice cream and it is sooo good! My husband agrees. The products from the Date Lady are really excellent.
