I received it exactly as pictured. Quality built and sized correctly. Fits my 1.5" round-thread-cutting dies and smaller perfectly! Mine was well machined and finished nicely. No rough finishes here as one reviewer commented! The handle extensions were basically hand tight and one was loose when received, but a little tightening solved that issue with no problem. I like that this has 4 centering adjustment screws for your threading dies compared to 3 found in many other offerings, as well as the Die locking set-screw. Thread cutting dies are designed with an added recess for this locking set-screw for a reason. A necessary feature to help prevent threading die slippage while using to maintain consistent thread cutting alignment. It's obviously made of good materials as it's not super lite weight. Feels just right. The die seat I'm sure is made of aluminum, as that is one of the construction materials mentioned in the description. The set screws and handle extensions are steel. A good Die Stock Handle for the money to have around the shop when needed. Enjoy!

Worked perfectly on my 7/8-14 die for cleaning up threads on reloading dies. Handles unscrew in case you need the clearance in a vice. Die was a snug fit in the holder without excessive play. Good bang for the buck.

Although the machining it a little rough, the unit serves it purpose well.

Very strong. I had a Hardended motorcycle part with a VERY stubborn thread that needed to be re-tooled. It got stuck hard multiple times, but this handle STAYED ON and didn't slip. Great tool

This is for medium sized dies and fits the bill very well. The quality of fit and finish is why this one has a five star rating. It has to be functional and it only has one purpose so that is not a question. The fact it is well made and has a very good finish on it’s exterior are even more reason it rates five stars. It has durability and when you handle it yourself you’ll also find it so. Whether you feel it is a good value is up to you. I do and I can endorse this one without hesitation. You will also I am sure.
