Proper zinc is better it works straight away

This is not Zinc L Carnosine at all, I have been taking this supplement from another seller for 2 years and the seller did not have any in stock and I really needed some for my stomach ulcer. Usually after taking Zinc L Carnosine I have immediate relief in my stomach and the product calms my stomach within about 10 minutes of taking. This product hurt and burned my stomach and is not what I am used to, the seller won't accept a return for this item and I have wasted over £25 on a product that is pure bulking agent and not the real thing so BEWARE THIS IS NOT ZINC L CARNOSINE AND IT IS A CHEAP KNOCKOFF WITH NO EFFECT. Usually Zinc L Carnosine can be taken out of the the tablet and chewed in the mouth so you can coat your oesophagus, but instead this tablet did not do what 3 other independent companies Zinc L Carnosine does, it tasted foul and when it entered my stomach, instead of it soothing and getting rid of the pain all it did was burn. Strange that this product is nothing like Doctors Best and Source Naturals version of Zinc L Carnosine. Plus the seller does not accept returns, what a complete joke this is.

Each capsule is only 37.5. It says 2 capsules per day, but not that each capsule is 37.5mg. half the expected dosage. as shown on the label. I have now been working out the price per 75mg dose. This now works out as twice the price of the best I can find.

These made me go to the toilet 5/6 times a day.

I suffer from gut permeability (Leaky gut) often due to poor quality of american food/water, so taking this supplement 2x a day really helped the gut mucosa to prevent food from getting into the bloodstream wreaking havoc. This is a must have!!

If you have an ulcer or indigestion, I recommend you take one every time you eat. I had severe reflux and stomach pain. That was a possible ulcer. The prescription medication did nothing relieve the pain or stop the reflux. After much research, I learned that zinc L Carnosine helps rebuild the mucus membranes in your digest tract. I use this and acid soothe by enzyme. I took them every time I ate anything and within a few months I was free of stomach pain and reflux. I keep them handy in case anything upsets my stomach one dose is enough to calm down now my digestive system is much stronger than it’s ever been.

Ti's the season to be jolly. Fill our bellies full of nommies. Then next thing we know we are a runnin to the second office. Yeah you know where we are going with this. First and foremost I have stomach issues. Supposedly IBS for unknown reasons and tums just doesn't do it. Started looking into some alternatives to gut health beyond pre and pro biotics. Started learning a little about gut biodiversity. Basically a bunch of little critters swimming around in our tummies eating up things. Yeah sad lamen terms but to the point. Easy, more diversity means the more you can break down and have less stomach issues. In comes this product. From what I was researching I stumbled across this supplement. It suggests it helps with the stomach lining repair and mucas membrane,(think buffer zone between intestine walls and all objects). So naturally I had to give it a try because honestly stomach issues and IBS is definitely not fun. Results, the important stuff. My stomach, to my surprise, was doing better. My stomach was not hurting as much. Bathroom runs were less frequent. I am happy to say this has become a staple to my stomach! Happy chowing!
