Price is good for the product, but the excess packaging is ridiculous. I’m not super “green” but the size of the bottle is big enough for 4-5 x’s the amount of product

Take with morning supplements. Wife and me have felt energized. Our bodies are showing defined muscles and we have not changed our exercise routines.

A quick internet search found unknown-brand spermidine offered on potentially questionable websites at very high prices and often touted by dubious YouTube videos.So, $24 is a good deal from a well-known brand that is sold in big boxes, drug, and grocery stores.Made in USA.Of course, thoroughly research all supplements on sites like Healthline and consult with your doctor or pharmacist.Force Factor may be a better choice than questionable unknown brands that are available on Amazon and not made in the US and/or by some mysterious company.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. good healthy product

thin pills, easy to swallow. good additional supplement. Energy levels seemed to increase. Having a hard time sleeping in the evening lately though I'm not certain if it stems from this product

Difficult to say if "it works". But, packaging and labeling all seemed OK. Appearance of capsules was as expected.
