I’m not sure why some reviews aren’t great, because my experience has been really positive. The Amazfit Helio Smart Ring is excellent quality, and the app works smoothly. It is real value for money!!! Looks great on a finger as well, I bought a case for it and now it is not going to scratch. Battery life: It could be better, but I typically get 3–5 days out of it. I don’t wear it while sleeping, so I can’t comment on full sleep tracking, but it did detect a 20-minute nap during the day when I was barely sleeping and mentioned that it wasn’t a full, deep sleep. Update: Been sleeping with them, tracking really well sleep quality and phases. Very useful in tracking sleep and sleeping quality. App features: You can track your food by uploading photos, and the AI analyses calories quite accurately—I think it works very well. Also a lot of functions, for example indicated that my mood changed when I had a stomach issues. All reads are quite accurate, steps, stress level, pulse- all counted well. Design and comfort: The device looks great, feels solid, and is comfortable once you get used to it. Sizing was straightforward: I measured my finger, followed the description, and the fit is perfect. *Only one thing I could mention, that you need to make sure you charging it correctly. The charging station needs to stay sturdy on a flat surface and make sure you putting ring correct side/way. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and hope it continues to perform well for a long time!

Looks good and is comfortable but the battery life is bad, step tracking was way off at the start but it seems to improve over time. If you can get it for 120 on sale it's a great purchase

Byłem bardzo mile zaskoczony jakością produktu. Naprawdę dobre wykonanie i co ciekawe, metryki snu, kroków i stresu łapie naprawdę dobrze i są wyjątkowo dokładne. Niestety rozmiar 10 był nieco za ciasny, liczę, że 12 będzie lepiej pasować. Odejmuję jedną gwiazdkę za ładowanie, bateria działa średnio 3, i pełne ładowanie trwa prawie 2h (polecam doładowywać gdy idzie się pod prysznic 😉). W tej cenie nie ma konkurencji, a nawet przerasta produkty droższe, szczególnie jakością wykonania

After trying out the Oura Ring, I was very happy to learn about the plans Amazfit/Zepp had to release their own smart ring. I ordered one as soon as it was available since I was very displeased with the Oura Ring subscription. The unboxing and pairing experience for the Helio Ring was very easy for me. I already had a Zepp/Amazfit smartwatch so I had the app installed, pairing was very simple: Open app, add device and a couple of taps later I'm already configuring settings for the ring. Very good experience overall. My personal use case for this ring was primarily sleep tracking, I hate sleeping with a smart watch since I often sleep on my side it would be harmful to my wrist. This ring has completely solved that issue for me as it tracks sleep as well. The data is again presented really straightforward and informative on the Zepp app. In sports, in my case tennis, it's very complementary to use and helps me more accurately track heart rate and recovery. This as well is displayed very nicely in the Zepp app. For the price you are paying this is a 100% excellent price/quality ring, especially compared to competitors.
