Works fine, I am happy with this purchase. But I did have to replace a handset because the speaker stopped producing sound - just a fluke I am assuming.

I was worried that the this handset wouldn't work with my phone's home base but it does. And it is so easy to "register" the phone with the main unit. I had sent a question to the community and the answer was that the handset had to be on the same frequency as the main unit and he was worried that it wouldn't be. But modern technology took care of that! All I had to do was follow 4 simple steps (which the seller sent me) and the new handset connected to the main base unit. Returned this phone 3 times and each rime has same problem. No key pad sounds and no ringer. Contacted Panasonic directly for a fix 6 times and nothing worked. Who ever is refurbishing these phones is killing some of the internal components making these phones inoperable. Better to buy a new one.

Hooked up to existing system. Works as it should. Haven’t tried using it yet.

This phone has great features, allowing any phone to review recorded messages or caller ID. It also has a decent intercom from phone to phone. We also love the battery life, speakerphone and style so much so that we bought 2 extra so we now have 6 in our house.We also like having the phone read the Caller ID of who's calling so we can screen calls before picking it up HOWEVER it is much too robotic. In this modern day of Siri and Alexa, Panasonic could have designed this better and should be embarrassed. In particular we're not happy about how it reads phone numbers without pausing (1234567890 instead of 123-456-7890 like you'd expect). Also, the intonation of the caller ID reading is far from human like, similar to toys instead of serious consumer products.Bottom line, although we've bought more of this phone, we're putting up with the Caller ID quality and apologize to our guests when it goes off!

We purchased the original thee phone bundle at Costco. We wanted to add a matching fourth phone for convenience. Easy to follow instructions were included in the additional phone package. The new perfect matching phone paired with the base unit on the first try. It was very satisfying to see the same “time” shown on the new phone screen as shown on the base unit. Very pleased with our new additional phone.

I received this Panasonic phone as a gift. I loved it. The location I use most was the one that stopped working. I called Panasonic chat to ensure I would receive the current correct replacement phone. Panasonic chat was wonderful and told me what current replacement would work. I received it and have been very happy with the order.
