Best Buy for creating extra storage. Bought this when moving from Florida to Washington State. We packed so much stuff in it several suitcases and lots of odds and ends. Super secure. We put this baby to the test!! 3,500 miles through 90 degree weather to below zero. Rain storms and blizzard in Montana. Didn’t move at all and was very easy to attach to the roof. I don’t have a roof rack so this was ideal. I would suggest pre packing everything in it first taking a picture that way when u load everything into on top of ur car it’s easier to pack it. Highly recommend for ppl who travel often or need extra space beyond a move. We bought a more secure circle pad lock like ppl use on storage units and it fit perfectly well.

This worked perfectly, it went through a dust storm and 2 rainstorms, with very high winds. Kept everything dry and in place. This was a perfect for travling, what we needed going through 14 states. Ease of storage, and everything fit, it had great space, and built nicely!

I can't speak for everyone but based on some of the reviews I think many people don't know these bags have a learning curve. Make sure the bag is facing the right way (no zipper side is the front) and pull the straps tight so the bag doesn't flap to avoid fraying. A flapping back will fatigue and fray.Aside from that, this bag was easy to use. We drove over 3100 miles from Arizona though New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota through snow, wind, and plenty of wet snow slush. This bag held up through the highway speeds, Wyoming gusty wind, and all the moisture.Lots of storage:It was able to fit a full size checked bag, mid size, and 3 small carry-ons with a little room at the back for small things (in our case, dog food).Gas mileage:Our Forester's mileage took about 10-20% hit but all things considered, having a bag this big on the roof that isn't horrible. I think a hitch carrier might impact mileage less, but it won't hold as much either. 🤷‍♂️Tips:I found that coiling the included straps around themselves cut down on wind noise. See photo for example.Since we were travelling through high wind and cold, I added some ratchet straps for piece of mind. I was afraid the plastic buckles on the bag would break, however we did not have any issues.Issues:I did have one of the zipper pulls come off track during our return trip. The other zipper pull did the job solo and we got home without issue.I could fix it myself but we decided to reach out to the company since they claim to have a good warranty. Unfortunately we have not heard back. I would give 0/10 for customer service. I will update if the situation changes.Update: the seller messaged me after posting my review. I am disappointed they did not respond to email, but they have offered to replace my damaged bag. 10/10.

It’s a good product as advertised. I don’t understand the bad reviews it got . It’s durable , made of thick waterproof material, not noisy at all . It depends on how you load your equipments on your roof. I have a cross bar and a roof basket, this bag did not move an inch. I made sure to load the shorter bags and luggage in front for better aerodynamics and less wind noise . We got heavy rainfall and snow on our way to Lake Tahoe and the loads inside were perfectly dry. Good product, good price. Buy it !

I was skeptical, but this worked great! With no roof tracks it was sturdy, held up to rain and had a lot of capacity. Was easy to load and take down. Totally recommend.

This rooftop carrier was great! Very easy to set up and use. It’s a heavy duty material and it held up to rain and heavy wind. I used it on a 2024 Honda Odyssey without any roof rails or cross bars, I used the clips that came with the carrier and they were great.
