I don't know if this works but i just keep it on when I'm at the house and uts feels pretty comfortably. It fits perfectly. Easy to use. Quality is good. I think it's pretty effective.

Its thin ans breathable because you don’t get too hot wearing it but i feel like it doesn’t have enough compression.

Good in theoryI got this cuz my mouth opens at night size my surgery n i breathe and dry my mouth out. Ao i found one of these to keep my jaw closed.The issue is the fastener is not adjustable enough and is practically a one size fits all. The only acception is the fact the 1 inch or of the velcro-like material obviously can slightly offer an adjustment - although- 1 inch is not nearly enough. I’d recommend to the manufacturer to add a longer strip to allow userz tighter adjustment options. I may make one myself. Issue is my mouth can just easily open but if i had a slightly additional adjustment option then it might be better. Then when you do make the slight adjustment, the little air holes are big enough to comfortably get the ears Im not a latge guy either. 5’5” and average build.

This product DOES NOT firm, lift, remove sagging double chin except when wearing it. I have done as the instructions say, 30 min - 1 hour daily, religiously for many days and there's absolutely no results. It's very uncomfortable to wear. Because it goes under your chin and fastens on top of your head, you feel like you're choking. It's wishful thinking, a gimmick that does not do what it says it will. Don't waste your money.

The media could not be loaded. First of all I look crazy in this lol. Not that I expected to look good in it. The ear holes were very uncomfortable. They hurt after a few minutes to wear. It also wouldn’t sit comfortably on my head. It would easily slide off the top of my head. The material was breathable but thin. I didn’t feel like it was really compressing anything. I would go with something that has more support. This one was just sliding off. I only wore it to bed or when I needed a break from my sturdier one.

Since i was a teenager I've had a clenching problem. I've gone through the drug store bite guards, the professional 600$ ones from the dentist (broke with in a month), and the online Remi (this was the best by far if you actually need a guard) but was still always waking up with tooth and jaw pain. I recently discovered I have a connective tissue disorder and when I would relax in my sleep my jaw would disconnect so my body learned to clench very tightly to hold it in place over night. The bite guards only made me clench harder because they increased the gap. The very first night I tried this I woke up with no pain!!! It was amazing 👏 I now sleep with it always and have completely stopped having tooth and jaw pain. It's totally adjustable and pretty comfy to sleep in once you get used to it. I've hand washed it and it still seems brand new. Only down side was at first the ear holes were too high up for my ears but I just cut a little notch in the fabric and it's been fine ever since. Would recommend to anyone!

Like the product. Slowly seeing a more toned jawline. I'm almost 40 so any help is appreciated! Would recommend
