We have purchased this gun massager in March 2025 and within 5 months the charging is not working hence massager is also stopped working. We have 6 months warranty for this product but there is no any option to claim this. We are trying to reach for support to customer care but they also not responding. Product is very good but facing this issue and due to you're not responding we have to mark this product as worst. Requesting to help if you can.
