Works well on our male dog.

I am giving this supplement to my 17 years old senior Papillon to support his liver. The pills have a good taste, I usually have to wrap medicine in treat pills. However, these don’t need any extra treats, my boy is eager to get his medicine/supplement and quickly swallows it. We are both very happy.

I need to give my senior dog this supplement every day to counteract the effects of another medication she takes that does damage to her liver, which she has been taking for her entire life. I absolutely love the price point on these tablets, as they are about 1/3 of the cost of the ones I have been purchasing! The downside is that, though they are chewable, my dog does not appear to like the flavor. So, I have to put them in something else to hide them and get her to eat it. I can’t speak to their long-term effect, but the amount of the ingredients in the tablets is comparable to other brands and the price point makes it worthwhile to consider this as an option

Much less than the name brand but one of my Mastiffs tolerates well. The other old girl does not

My dog's liver numbers went back up when we switched to this. Unfortunate, now we have to go back to the overly expensive Denamarin, but at least that works.

Had him on the Denamarin prescription. This was the same active ingredient, but a third of the price. Unfortunately, testing him again levels went way up.This product is useless, and if you don’t retest your dog, you would never know, and he would die from liver disease.

These pills are much smaller than similar brands we have used before. I can't get my dog to chew any pills anyway or even if I try to break them up in her food (she only gets dry as she has weight issues) so usually I have to break them up and put them down her throat, these being smaller are easier to do. Dog hasn't has any issues after taking them for a couple of weeks.

Smaller tablets than I expected, not really sure there is enough SAM-e in there for my chocolate lab. Although many dogs may find these to be tasty, my dog will refuse anything that comes out of a bottle and looks like a pill, no matter what it tastes like. Still have to hide it in peanut butter. As with any of these health products, the effects take months or years to see any real differences, so I cannot speak for the effectiveness at all yet.
