This is very high on vitamin K. This helps the blood clot. The shipping was on time.

This product is wonderful tasteless and easy to swallow.

Kale is a source of three flavonols shown to preserve memory and cognition kaempferol, myricetin, quercetin. Of these three flavonols, only quercetin and kaempferol are available as pure supplements and can be quite pricey. So kale extract is one of the only options to get to get myricetin in supplement form (tea extract is another). Unfortunately the label does not quantify the flavonol content which is why I can't rate it five stars. But they are nice small 200 mg capsules (4:1 extract hence "800 mg"). recommended serving size only one per day, and they are quite reasonably priced.

Fast delivery! When you open the bottle you can really smell the kale. To me thats a good sign.

I like the benefits of Kale so I will continue to use! BUT they taste awful I’m not gonna lie and this is why tablet form is better

Don’t know if taking one capsule a day actually helps but i dont think it hurts. If i dont get enough “something” from green leafies (like kale and spinach) i get bad leg, feet, toes cramps during sleep; I don’t like kale but get tired of eating spinach so now i can swallow one of these in hopes it’ll be sufficient to deter the dreaded cramps.
