Nicely made and fits perfectly.
I've used one of these guide rail attachments before but it was 3D printed, and didn't really fit the trimmer base that well. This one aligns with the original fixings perfectly and is super flat.It's solid, feels durable, and has almost no play on the guide rails (just enough to slide really), so I couldn't really ask for more. Perfect!

Accurate adapter that works well with stated tools/rails
An accurately designed palm router/trimmer guide which works well if used on the models stated in the description and also the stated tracksaw rails. There are lots of variants of these adapters and tracksaw guide rails are not all made the same, so I would advise to only order if your tools comply.

I'm about to purchase a cordless makita trim router but in the meantime have been using a friends one. I ordered this in anticipation of the purchase with the intention of using it with the track from my plunge saw.Considering it is not a makita product I have been delighted with its fitment to both the router and track. It's perfect for cutting rebates amongst other things. I could do this with my 1/2" ELU router but is is a big heavy beast to set up for quick light duty work.A lot of aftermarket stuff does tend to disappoint but not this one.
