This is a very good light. Nice and portable. Shot a video at night and this was very bright and the video quality was perfect. Doesn’t heat up. Love how light it was. Perfect for low light shoots. Functions perfect. Great price for what you get.

I now own two of these. They are pretty good lights, for the price. I wish they had 1/4-20 mounts on the ends too, since I have a need for mounting them vertically. The plastic male/female connectors on the ends might work to attach multiples of these lights end to end, but they don't work for turning the lights 90 degrees and attaching to a light stand in that orientation. I ended up using Magic Arms to be able to attach them to my camera cage. At least they come with the 1/4-20 in the center of the long top and bottom edges. For my need, the plastic attachment for connecting to a hot or cold shoe was of no use, but for a simple "top of camera" mount they should work fine. The ability to lock the battery in place with the spring loaded latch is a very nice feature, and it releases easily when the battery needs to be removed for charging. The color temperature and brightness are both controlled with the same knob. You push the knob to switch use, then rotate to change the value.

Its perfect for makeupartist for the clients pictures and videos, and to have a porta le option when i travel to peoples houses to do their makeup, and not having to carry my other bigger led lights. The filters work with magnets and the battery life seems ok. Havent used it for that long

Love this so bright!!!

This has to be one of the most feature-rich products for the money I've spent in a very long time. I'm not an expert on lighting, but the color and brightness range is crazy. The LED readout is large and very useful for making adjustments. Not that heavy, even with the battery, and I'm getting the DC power which will lighten it even farther. It can be, turned way up, extremely bright which could be useful if the light is at a fair distance from what your lighting up. I'm using mine for video on a Canon 80D and haven't gone past 45% brightness from 5 ft away. I use the included clear diffuser. It's magnetic and sits off the actual LED screen, very helpful. Probably can't use teh diffusers in a rugged scenario what knocking into them would likely knock them off. For static use or a controlled environment, it's a non issue. I will be buying a second for side fill and use on a desk stand. I'm still shocked at how well it works for the money spent.

The light itself is great but I only get about 3 hours when it’s fully charged which isn’t ideal when I take it on jobs as a makeup artist. I need around 5-6 hours.

For a little guy, it is quite bright. I've been using it to light me up for online classes that I teach. I have it placed about 7 feet away. It is so bright that I have it set to 25% power. I used it 4 days in a row for at least 40 minutes. Battery had to be recharged for the 5th day. Battery is a Sony NP F style battery which I have many larger capacity ones if needed. After it going for 4 days I decided that I wouldn't need them. I would like to test out my Sony batteries though to see if they are compatible. I attached it to my tripod's plate adapter and it stayed nice and secure. It also tilts. I'm happy I made this purchase.
