Good product not so easy to swallow
Started taking these daily about 2 months ago, they are not the easiest to swallow as are quite large in said. Ive been vegetarian for about 15 years and recently have had low energy so thought iron might be the answer, to be honest so far they are not helping (whether it's the iron itself or this particular brand I don't know but I'll keep on taking them)Arrived nicely within 2 days with prime . I ended up buying b12 by 'cheeky' also to see if they will help.

Iron plus more!
This jar gives you 90 days worth of iron tablets. They have 14mg of iron which is pretty good for a supplement. It also has vitamin C plus B12. I think the B12 helps iron absorption. They do not leave a horrible taste in your mouth and do not upset your system like some iron can.For what you get though, these are overpriced. If you suffer from true iron deficiency like I do then you are better off buying the iron tablets from the chemist. They are cheaper and have more iron. If you have money to spare on supplements and are not actually deficient then these are okay.

Complex designed to boost iron absorption and red blood cell
I have a medical condition that results in quite dramatic drops in iron levels causing tiredness and, if ignored, fainting. I regularly take an iron + Vitamin C supplement, recommended by my GP - with the added Vitamin C helping with the absorption of the iron. I've been taking this Cheeky Nutrition iron complex instead of my Iron+Vit C for a while, including a period when my iron levels would have dipped without an intake boost, and have suffered no ill effects from the switch. I haven't felt tired or fainted.This complex is presented in the form of a cellulose-outer capsule that's easy enough to swallow, but about twice the size of my normal supermarket own brand iron + vitamin C supplement. These capsules are a bit different from my usual supplements, in that they also include Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid, but I don't really benefit from the added ingredients - as a Marmite lover, I'm already getting plenty of both. For me, since there's no appreciable difference in effectiveness, the real deciding factor on these is price - and these are comparatively expensive.

A strong dose with side effects
Although I feel warmly inclined towards the Cheeky range, and have experienced nothing untoward from taking some of their other UK made supplements, these iron tablets/capsules gave me a tummy ache and the dreaded black poo effect (Too much information!) that I don't like. I have taken other iron supplements in the past which don't give me those symptoms, so I know it is possible to avoid such results, such as those which are often associated with the ones given out by the National Health. So not for me, but it's only a personal opinion.One a day to be taken, suitable for vegetarians, as unlike some other Cheeky range, these are not fashioned from a soft gel made with bovine gelatine. The benefits of topping up with iron are noticeable but perhaps best to try a few types to fond which suits your needs most.

More than just iron - perfect for vegetarians
This supplement has been well thought out. There is more than just iron (ferrous sulphate 14mg) in this capsule they also have vitamin C (100mg)which is essential for the uptake of iron within the digestive system, vitamin B12 and folic acid. These are vitamins many are lacking in their daily diet. I don’t eat red meat so like to supplement and find these capsules fit the bill.The capsules are easy to swallow.Vegetarian friendly.If you are anaemic you probably need a higher dose however if you want to prevent becoming anaemic this supplement could be the answer.

Easy to swallow
Another supplement I've tried from Cheeky Nutrition that's had no noticeable effect on me. The best thing I can say about this one is that out of the four I've tried these were the smallest tablets or capsules and therefore the easiest to swallow! If you do have an iron deficiency then I'd imagine you could do worse than these as they do have extra vitamins added in as well, but I guess I must be okay from my diet to not have needed them. As with all these Cheeky Nutrition supplements, they're not the cheapest around but you do get 3 months supply (and have for all the ones I've tried) so it doesn't really work out all that expensive.

Pretty Good
I think this is a good product. It gives 14mg of iron coupled with Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Folic Acid. This means that it delivers 100% of the RDD through the day of iron and the added ingredients make the iron much more absorbable. I take it when I feel run down and tired. On those days I take it, my energy levels remain high and I do not feel fatigued. This is a great product for me but it is a bit overpriced. The very cheap iron is usually not in a highly absorbable form, so you are paying extra for this combination. Is it worth it? Thats down to your pocket and whether this product works for you. I am personally happy to Recommended it.
