Easy to tie, very comfortable for walking or running.
Lovely and comfortable, great shoelace tieing system. Good value for money, would readily recommend.

Great running shoes
I have used these a few times now and they work well. I was a little apprehensive having elastic rather than traditional laces, but it works well. No laces to come undone. 4* due to the elastic lace being a little too long, but this may not be a problem for other people.

Grip on harder surfaces a bit off
Have had these for a while now. Firstly the sizes ran a bit large for me. I usually get a size 10 in Karrimor but found them too large so went for a 9.5 which was just right. Secondly in wet weather these trainers feel like their grip isn’t that great near the toe area on harder surfaces. It’s a strange ever so slight feeling when running on roads or pavement, luckily I mainly do trail running and on grass and through mud they are fine. The pull to tighten laces are also a nice touch without the need to worry about laces coming undone.

Two immediate issues out of the box
Firstly they placed a security tag that connects the shoes together that no ordinary pair of scissors will cut, I had to get the wire cutter from the workshop, then they have not laced the shoes to the top and the pull up lace mechanism can only be adjusted to feed the top lace if you break it, making it useless. I wanted a cheaper alternative to the Solomon pair, but now I can see the real difference and have requested some feedback on this basic common sense and manufacturing oversight, overkill.
