I'm writing this from the perspective of someone taking walks, hikes, and runs for exercise. The size of this bag is rather nice, which was one thing I was worried about when I was first looking at it. For my frame (leaning on the small side chest wise), it did not cause discomfort when wearing it and filling it with the essentials that I need for my walks and outdoor exercise. It will allow you to be mobile and move around easily, so that's another concern checked off. This holds my essential items, including phone and keys rather nicely, so I don't have to worry about where to put what, or constantly hold onto my phone when walking outside. For walks/runs/lawn work, this will come in handy since it will keep your items safe and keep you mobile at the same time. One of the features that caught my attention is how well it can keep your conceal carry on you. The band that comes with the bag that's meant for your conceal carry does come in handy since it has the velcro to attach to on the inside, keeping it nicely in place and organized.The biggest detail is adjustability. I would say this is versatile when it comes to size, and with that in mind, if you're jogging, this will move around. Thankfully, the hoops on the straps allow you to keep the ends of the strap firmly in place and not slip out while jogging. If you don't have the straps in those loops, then the bag will come loose rather quickly. It won't fall off you, but it will loosen up so much you'll have to adjust it mid walk or mid ride. If you're a cyclist, I think this could work out for you due to the placement of the bag. There are also 2 carbine hooks on the bottom of the bag, so if you have something you want to hook on there (i.e. water bottle, etc.), you'll be able to have it hook there. As of this writing, so far this is a good quality bag. One I will definitely keep around for my outdoor workouts and hikes!

Super comfortable and easy to use. Fits well and doesn’t rub like some other products. Have used it for daily walks and hiking for a couple of months and it is holding up well.

Great chest bag works really good. Holds everything tight adjustable and has quite a few pockets to hold more stuff..

Straps don’t stay in place. Don’t get this if you plan on jogging with fire arm, seems it couldn’t handle the weight. Pretty bummed it didn’t work

Nice rig, made well and comfortable. My only wish is that it was a bit larger for my full frame pistol. Otherwise, very happy with it.

I wanted to love this but I couldn’t so I ended up returning it. The straps were flimsy, my gun (small and compact) barely fit in the holster I have it in. I just wasn’t a fan.
