When you plug it in to charge the Power Bank, it just sits there for a while doing nothing. The power level remains unchanged and you wonder if something is wrong, you got a defective piece or what, is the charging cable the appropriate one, etc. etc. But, then after some time, (havent timed it yet) it suddenly starts charging and then it charges pretty fast.The product is sleek and all and works well, but it pretty much uses up all its charge to charge my mobile fully from say 10%. I thought I would get at least two charge cycles but, this was a little disappointing. But, otherwise the device looks great and works fine.

Nice product, but laptop charging is little slow

A large capacity (20,000 mAh) Power Bank is an excellent (2nd) buy for me. It meets my charging requirement of outdoor/in travel use of my 17" laptop, two cell phones, and a mini fan. 87 W power is more than adequate. Does not heat up at all. I found it to be quite sturdy and handy. It has a long backup after a full charge, a really fast charger at that. A short charging cable with a USB-C connector reduces line losses.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Anker 87W 20,000mAh Power Bank (Model A1383) from Amazon with high expectations, given Anker's reputation. The power bank initially worked great – fast charging for my phone, tablet, and even my laptop. The built-in Type-C cable is also a nice convenience.However, just within a few weeks of light usage, the power bank suddenly stopped working. It no longer charges, powers on, or shows any response. This is really disappointing, especially for a premium-priced product.I’ve now initiated the warranty claim process. Just purchased before one week ago. It is working fine. Mobile charges on Super Fast Mode. Only the price is little higher than other brands. Finish Full charging on my Samsung S23 Ultra in 25% of the total charging of the power bank.

UPDATED REVIEW:Turns out I was using a charger which did not provide enough input for it to charge quickly. Turns out my charger provided 65W output only to my phone. If I charged with other devices, it was only 10W power source. That is why it took so longIt is clear to me from this that the customer support is not trained or does not know how the product functions.Customer service I will give a 0/5. They do not help you or provide any advice. They keep delaying replying. They will only tell they will help you to replace it and dont reply after that.The customer service reps should be trained on the productComing to the product it is excellent.- I bought a 65Watt PD charger and it went from 24% to 100% in 45 minutes. Excellent stuff. Fast charging is very useful for me when I am hiking and get power sources sparingly like once in 2 days and I don't have to spend 7-8 hours in a hotel for charging the powerbank lol- It charged my laptop from 50% to 94% in 48 minutesI am very happy with Anker powerbank. For the product I give it a 5/5. I am a frequent traveler for work, and this one saved me the hassle of finding charging ports numerous times, I can't even count anymore. Great backup. Doesn't heat up much at all. And lasts for multiple full charges for my 5k mah mobile matter as well as wireless headphones. Has a USB c and a port slots for multiple devices as well as an inbuilt USB c cable that helps a lot when you forget cables or when tight on space. The power level indicator is a great idea, and gives a good clarity on what to expect. It's a bit on the heavier side. With 87 watt output it's compatible for a lot of devices. I would've loved a discount on this but Its a good investment for on the go, none the less.
