Came very quick (within a few days) Had all the components I was expecting plus some extras like the bottom bracket removal too ect. Very pleased with it.

Looks great on the bike nice a smooth when riding the only down side is there’s no fitting instructions and wiring is a little on the long side so challenge to keep the job looking neat

Make yourself a machine that will kill any retail electric bike that sells for 10 grand Plus. Can't go wrong

Just finished a new installation of the Bafang mid motor bike conversion kit.I have a problem with the motor. It is noisy and the left dive shaft doesn’t rotate and make a clicking sound.Trying to contact Bafang to resolve this is impossible. Going to there website and arduously filling out there contact form and submitting, the form just jumps to the same form but in Chinese. There is an English phone number on the form which unbelievably is answered in Chinese.There is a WhatsApp number which I will try next, but I am not optimistic. It would seem there is an associated company in Scotland called Pro ebike that I guess could help but a recorded message tells me to send a WhatsApp.The company that sold the kit is called Layscycle, which doesn’t seem to have an internet presence.Why can’t they simply publish a contact number that you can have a conversation.I can’t understand why I, as a customer, have to jump through hoops to get my issues resolved.Bafang has not put in place an adequate service infrastructure that I, in the UK, would consider my right to expect.If you are considering purchasing a Bafang kit, I hope you don’t have any problems with it.

Really great product, arrived much faster than stated, came with everything in the description.I found this very easy to fit and setup, but I do have a great deal of mechanical engineering experience.This seller offers customisable orders, allowing you to choose the correct parts for your installation. Do your research, measure twice, use the resources available on the websites of the big sellers and the manufacturers, watch the YouTube videos showing how to measure everything correctly.This seller worked out to be the best value for money for my needs.Very happy with what they supplied

Love this was delivered quickly and well packaged didn't come with everything for it though had to order extra screws for chain ring seller was really helpful and quick to respond to my emails a bit frustrating in assembly so would buy unless you know what your doing but all in all love it made an old woman really happy

Hi the chain ring sent with this order is ‘bent’ and wobbly, clearly it’s a defective chainring. There doesn’t seem to be a way to ask for replacement through this ‘order’ on Amazon. Rubbish experience Amazon & Lascycle EU.Do sort it as diy folk like me are your customer base BAFANG. This chainring on BBS02 is defective (wobbly).You need to manufacture such items with in minimal tolerances…!
