A fantastic piece of kit. Nice and compact. Comes in a good carry case. Arrived with 85% charge, just topped it off. Jump started my car first time after having a flat battery for a month.

This review is for the 'Zanmuk Car Battery Jump Starter - 2500A Jump Starter Power Pack Car Battery Booster Power Bank with LED Flashlight'Its difficult to review a product designed for an emergency when one does not present itself. I wish I could say I needed to jumpstart my car, and this worked, but the truth is I have not needed to jumpstart my car recently, and so this review covers all but its primary function.First impressions are very good. It comes in a tough travel case with all elements laid out securely. Instructions provided are very simple.Taking the unit out of the case, I did think it felt light and a little hollow. You can feel the weight of the batteries at one end, Without the jump cables plugged in, you cycle through the options of torch and USB power bank by clicking the button on top.The torch is triggered first, and clicking cycles through options of the number of LEDs lit. The performance is fine for such a product, adequate in an emergency but not something you would use if you had other options.The USB power bank function is the thing I was able to test more carefully. This pack claims a battery capacity of 12000mAh. It if was packed with the most generic of unbranded batteries, experience has shown me that I should expect to get about 50% of that capacity, 6000mAh when charging.I tested the unit by fully charging and using a dummy load at 5V2A to discharge until the unit switched off. Performing this test twice, I averaged the results, which came out at only 3196mAh, or 26% of the stated capacity. Therefore, I think it is likely that this pack contains 6000mAh of total battery capacity rather than 12000mAh as stated.This in no way indicates that the jump starter would not function as intended in an emergency, but it does put doubt in my mind. I expect it would function, just not for long. Hopefully another Vine review has the experience to perform simulated jump starts to assess it more directly.

I recently hady first opportunity to use this jump starter when a family member had a flat car battery. It was a 2 litre diesel engine and this pack started it with ease as you would expect given it is meant to be suitable for up to a 3 litre diesel or 6 litre petrol.The device itself is compact enough and I keep it in my car boot in case I ever need it and I will periodically take it out to charge when required to keep it topped up.I was very impressed with the ease at which it started a car with a flat battery.Overall a good portable jump starter.

This is a handy device, but a hard one to review if you haven't had the specific need for it, as it is an emergency device that just hasn't occurred for me.What I can say is that it seems to be built well enough with nice gauge cables and good clips.The body is seemingly quite tough, although lighter than expected.The hard carry case is ideal to put into the boot of your car as it will take plenty of abuse of things being loaded onto it.I will update this review if I actually need it and post the results, but for now everything seems just fine.
