Perfect
I am a general contractor so constantly looking for products that will work as well as in my houses as this did. Bought this for my plumbers to use with the tub my clients chose and he was impressed with the quality and ease of the product.

Okay, not thrilled with it
This low profile shower trap is made from thin materials and is very lightweight, and that's not a good thing. Any sort of P trap should last "almost forever"... you don't want to have water problems in a concealed or not readily visible for inspection location. That leads to show leaks that turn into BIG problems over the years. I'll be installing it in the RV shower where it's easy to visually inspect underneath the tub to check for leaks. I don't think I would install this in a house shower.Check the photo with the scale - the whole setup is just over 6 ounces, that's lightweight alright! I understand the flexible hose has to be thinner to slow this degree of flexibility, but I think they went overboard with making every part thin and light.I'm giving it 3 stars, basically a neutral rating because I haven't installed it in the RV shower yet. I will update this review if my opinion changes after installation.

Great Space-Saving Flat P-Trap for Tight Installations
I installed this flat P-trap in my van sink because the existing cabinetry doesn’t allow space for a standard residential P-trap. So far, it’s been working perfectly—we haven’t experienced any smells coming up from the jug that our dishwater empties into, and the rubber drain fitting provides a solid seal, keeping the hose in place. One minor issue is that the rubber piece sometimes creates too airtight of a seal, and we have to wiggle it to get water to drain properly. I don’t know if I’m using it right. But other than that, there have been no leaks, and it’s doing its job well.Even though it’s a standard size, I do wonder if there are even lower-profile options, as space was really limited. Still, I managed to install this without too much trouble, and it’s a great solution for tight spaces.

No instructions, I can't install it
It didn't come with any instructional paperwork. Just looking at it, I'm not sure how to attach it. It seems like it could work well for what I need, but with no idea how to attach the pipe, I can't use it. Even doing Google searches trying to get answers, I can't find explanations.

Overall seems like it should work.
In the end, we ended up going with a different solution, as this just didn't seem to be all that high quality. It had all the appearances of working for its purpose, however it's very light cheap feeling plastic, and it just wasn't good enough for me to want to use in our basement. That said, it looks like it should work.
