extremely useful and easy to use

I bought this item as it came up "best in class" in a German cycle rack review. I wanted it to carry our bikes including an Ebike fat bike which the review said it was suitable for. When it arrived fitting it to the tow bar was a doddle. However the fat bike would not fit due to the retaining straps being too short. I contacted the vendor and the next day a set of longer straps was delivered free of charge. I have now used this rack for an extended trip across Europe. It is very solid, very secure, easy to use and of course everything is lockable. Very highly recommended, both product and vendor.

Wow easy to fit to tow bar, extremely secure on the tow ball. Bikes are easy to load and off load and strap securely. The fact the unit locks to car and you can lock bikes into frame gives peace of mind. The easy loading, secure fixing and security are mportant when transporting vintage bikes.Only complaint is the socket was not a standard 7 pin as fitted to my car so choice to buy an adaptor or rewire (should have read description better)

Great piece of kit. Arrived within 3 days !!! Easy to fit different bikes and put onto tow ball. Would definitely recommend item and also the seller in Germany for such great service

I bought this bike carrier over Christmas, 2021. It locked on okay and has safely carried my two ebikes.I have attempted a number of times to remove it from the towbar using the recommended method of pushing down first, pulling the trigger and then lifting up. I have pushed down, 80kg on the handle, etc. and have stopped lifting as the handle starts to bend.1. How do I contact the seller because they seem to have no contact details.2. Local dealers say to keep lifting the handle because the tight fit is normal. I can't believe that!2. Don't fit this carrier to your bike unless you are guarenteed that it will not be a permanent accessory! It may be in place for some time. Maybe forever.

Very high quality rack, chose this over a Thule as I've had problems with their locking knobs in the past, great tow bar mount that is self supporting while you get it locked on, very stable in use, had to get an adapter to 7 pin electrics due to the rack coming with 13 pin plug.

Bought this bike rack to go on back of VW Transporter camper to replace VW bike rack because lifting electric bike on becomes more difficult with age.Arrived as promised promptly. Assembly instructions were poor and difficult to comprehend.Tow bar needed extending to enable opening of rear door.Tipping bike rack is cumbersome and potentially dangerous.Biggest problem was removing bike rack after trip. This involved a lot of brute force bad language and bad temper. Instructions not helpful.Basically this is typical German engineering at its most annoying. It would be well worth looking at other products.

I like that it is taking e-bike plus regular mountain bike together,It is easy to handle, could mount it on my RAV-4 easilyI had hard time to remove the device and the handle seems not strong enough (hopefully it will not break down )Another issue is the plastic parts for the wheels look not robust enough for power executed in fastening ( hopefully it will not break down)To summarise, its fair device for the low price paid

rapport qualité prix, topremarques:l'attache rapide à cliquet des roues est en plastique trop durles barres de fixations des vélos sont fixes sur le montant verticale, il aurait été intéressant qu'ils se démontent facilement (comme thule -:) )avec mon vtt tout suspendu lapierre zesty , c est un peu galère pour faire passer la grande barre jusqu 'a l autre véloc'est un détail, à améliorer, évolution V2, peut-être ???sinon le porte vélo est vraiment très bienmerci

Arrivato in due giorni, non immediata la comprensione dell'aggancio e sgancio, per il resto ben costruito solido, qualche miglioria sulle parti in plastica si potrebbe fare,ha comunque soddisfatto i miei bisogni

Dudaba entre comprar un Thule y éste modelo de Athera, al final lo adquirí a buen precio en productos reacondicionados. La primera vez que lo instalas y cargas las bicicletas, tardas un rato en coger el truco. El conector es de 13 pines, tiene posibilidad de añadir un cuarto raíl para ampliar la capacidad. Las gomas se ven de buena calidad, flexibles y protegen bien los cuadros. De momento lo hemos cargado con dos bicicletas de 27.5, una de cuadro de mujer, aunque la separación es justa, quedan bien ancladas y no se tocan. Tiene varias posibilidades de ajuste tanto en los brazos de agarre como en los calzos de los raíles, aunque los brazos no se pueden desmontar si se pueden desplazar horizontalmente.Se ve robusto y bien acabado, algo pesado, el sistema de abatir para poder abrir el maletero es muy útil, tengo un monovolumen grandote y el espacio es suficiente para abrir el portón.
