Bought these to try as I was recommended to try for pain relief. I have lumber facet aprophy in my lower back & nothing helps with pain….well until now I take 2 in morning & im finding they are helping with my back pain. I know the issue is still there but the pain isn’t so I’ll keep taking.

I didn't read the product description properly therefore was surprised when a bag of capsules arrived! However they are good size and easy to store.Taste is good, not overpowering like some brands. Goes well in a stew

I ordered these capsules because drinking powdered cayenne in water proved to be too hot for my tastebuds even though I have no problem with demolishing a hot madras curry! I have high BP. Only taken these for two days so too early to tell if they make a difference.
