A combination of NaCl and KCl, this strikes the right balance without too much of the bitterness that KCl imparts by itself. For people looking to reduce sodium this is a good option, but if you need to or want to cut it out completely, this doesn’t go far enough. Personally I’m just looking to cut back, so this was a great option.

Don’t mind if I do! Salt is the most common used spice in our household. A reduced sodium salt is a perfect substitution. I didn’t notice a difference in flavor so that’s a win win.

It's a tasty salt. Even with reduced sodium it's still quite salty. As you get just over a pound of salt you're going to be using it for a while. As you get it in a box I recommend moving it to another container so you don't accidentally get the salt wet while cooking and ruining it. Works well as a topping salt or one you use to cook with, like pasta.

Love that even though sodium is reduced, the flavor of the salt isn't. Cooking with it does not seem to make a difference in taste compared to regular sea salt, but for those who are sodium conscious, this is a great alternative. However, I did find it tends to clump so I dropped in a thin layer of white rice in my shaker and shook it up.

I only use sea salt in my cooking and go through a lot of it. I was intrigued when I saw reduced sodium sea salt pop up so figured I'd give it a shot. In flavor and coarseness you'd have no idea there was anything reduced about it. It looks, tastes and dissolves just like every other sea salt I've used.If you need to watch your sodium intake, this is a great alternative to normal sea salt.

This reduced sodium sea salt has a great taste despite the lower sodium! I love using this as a finishing salt for both swet and savory items - its such a gfreat flavor and it helps bring out other great flavors!

My significant other was told to lower his sodium intake. I like that this salt is less sodium but still has a potent salty flavor. It's pretty fine and can be used for just about any of my salt needs.
