I've been using the Proscenic Q8 max for close to 2 weeks now and I'm honestly impressed. This robot vacuum and mop is a total game changer for my house cleaning. It has a powerful suction not just for hard floors, but also works effectively on carpets. It can easily pickup dirt, dust, pet hair. I'm taking care of a friends cat and tis been a lifesaver when it comes to keeping the floors clean. The best part is that it can empty its own dustbin into a larger bag, so you don't have to do it. This thing is basically a self-sufficient cleaning machine. Not only does it vacuum, but it can also mop your floors. It has a separate water tank and mop pad, so you can control the amount of water it uses. The app is simple to navigate and allows you to control the vacuum and mop remotely. You can also set schedules for cleaning and create virtual boundaries to keep it away from certain areas. There are few downsides, like most robot vacuums, it can sometimes get stuck in tight spaces or on cords. It’s also not the quietest vacuum I’ve ever owned, but its not too loud either. I love the fact that its portable, smart, powerful and pretty much does everything on its own.

With all the promises of powerful suction and smart mapping. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The 4200 Pa suction is nowhere near as strong as advertised. It struggled to pick up even the lightest dust and debris, making it more of a run-around machine than a functional vacuum. I kept finding dust and pet hair left behind, even after multiple passes.The navigation and home mapping were supposed to make it more efficient, but it seemed to get lost or repeatedly miss spots. The self-emptying feature was a big draw, but with the vacuum barely picking anything up, it felt like an unnecessary add-on that didn’t get much use. Additionally, the robot kept running into wires, or getting stuck under my floorlight feet.I also tried using it on carpets, thinking maybe it would handle those better—no luck there either. Pet hair, crumbs, and even the smallest particles were still visible after the vacuum had “cleaned.” I wanted this to be a time-saver, but I found myself having to do manual cleanups after it ran. It’s frustrating to invest in a product that simply doesn’t perform. For now, it’s just taking up space and doing little to nothing to keep my floors clean.
