Marvel of tech, however, not so great when it comes to software quality.
So they gave us an update post which the buds are making a weird swooshing sound.Also, they do start cracking randomly and you have to put them back inside the box and wear them again to fix it.Comes Sennheiser, 500$ earbud, you gotta do better than this.

Poor quality .. better don't buy electronics from Amazon. After sales( with in one day of delivery) they not taking any responsibility of the product. They are telling me to contact sennheiser customer service center.
