It comes put together!!!
I was jumping for joy when I opened the box and saw that the hinges were pre-assembled. This is a great, super cute and sturdy room divider that is super tall and covers the length of a queen bed (just about). Also the shelves are super easy to install!

The box was damaged but the divider was unscathed. This thing is beautiful, I have it in the basement which is set up as a studio type apartment/movie theater.It came completely assembled except for the shelves which very easily slid right into place. I'd buy this again if I needed another one.
