Heavy Duty Reinforced Back Brace
This back brace for lower Back Pain Men/Women - Support & Comfort for Arthritis, Muscle Soreness, Herniation Disc, Sciatica - Breathable Mesh with Reinforced Steel and 3D Lumbar Pad Support - Ideal for Office, Driver, Heavy Lifting (Medium) is sold by:"Interstellar Trade" a business that is located in: Wyoming, United States of America. This brace is very comfortable while wearing for long periods of time and the mesh fabric breaths well so I don't get all sweaty. I love that you can remove the triangular shaped pad on days when I don't need that much support...the Velcro straps are very sturdy and stick well. It seems like it is made out of high quality materials and overall put together well, like it will really last a long time. It is reinforced with 'steel plates', WOW! They really do help keep you 'straight'!

Is is worthy? Yes. Greatest thing since sliced bread? No.
I have a 35" - 36" waist. From the size chart on the link, medium was the only choice as it "covers" up to 37.4". Honestly, that is a bit of a stretch. I do not regret ordering medium as I wanted the thing to be tight. But, I will say this......if you have a 37" waist, do NOT order medium. You will not be happy. When you first put it on, the back of the device will seem to be a little larger than desirable. Maybe an inch less in width would have been better and would make the device seem a bit more comfortable. I already have another one that I wear when I do yard work, so I can tell you from experience that the device will "soften" up and bit over multiple wearings and you will notice after a few wearings that it does not "seem as wide as it did at first". I have multi-level degenerative spondylosis and a few hours on my feet can lead to immense pressure in the back. Back braces like this one do help, but are not a cure-all. This one is OK, but nothing stands out to separate if from the pack. The extra straps on each side allow for fine-tuning (i.e., tightening) of the fit, but it seems that everybody has that. The included lumbar support pad is a near complete waste in my opinion. There is nothing on the outside back of the device that it will attach to, so it appears to be targeted for wearing on the inside of the device. The problem is two-fold. One, that pad only has a very small patch of hook and loop on the back of it and that patch is too small for the size of the pad. Two, it barely attaches to the inside of the back of the device and I cannot see one, how it will stay in place and two, how it will contribute anything other than discomfort. It is useless in my opinion. Overall, its a decent brace but the price ($36.99 on the day of this review) seems to be slightly on the high side comparatively.

Best back brace without breaking the bank!
The AEFEKZ Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Men/Women is a great back brace with some many points of attachments. It is breathable and stretchable with elastic all around giving you the room to expand your stomach, say after your lunch! It seems to run a bit small and you might want to upsize to fit your needs or if you plan to wear them over clothing.I wore it under my clothing and it was not bad against my skin. However, it is not the softest material and might make sense for people with sensitive skin to wear over their clothing. The added lumbar support provides a great deal of support to the weak point in your spine. At just $20.99, at the time of this review, this is a great value to support your back.

Solid Back Support
Once in a while, my back needs a little support. I have tried several different back braces over the years and this one is very nice. It gives the needed support and is comfortable. The reinforcement bars are sturdy and the Velcro keeps everything in place. It is somewhat breathable but still gets hot like any back brace. The stitching looks good and should hold together. With a 34" waist, I got a medium and it fits pretty snuggly. It says that it should fit up to 37", but I can not gain any more weight or I will quickly grow out of this brace.

Great brace for lifting and general use
I have a lot of SI pain that comes and goes, and using this to wrap around my hips really helped the last time I had a flare up. In addition, it works perfectly as a weightlifting belt for squats or deadlifts. I'm not sure I'd use it for both as I wouldn't want it to get sweaty and then use it when I'm just trying to relieve pain.

Meh could be better
I have a chronic spine deformity and I feel like a back brace connoisseur. Braces wear out and I need new ones now and thenThis brace looks good in the listings. In real life, it's lacking alot of features for it to be truly effective. The elastic and velcro are just sub par. The elastic is way too stretchy and thin. The velcro is not hefty enough to last for any length of time with regular usage. The tightening straps do the job but they are thin. They roll up and just aren't thick and sturdy. The side supports are ok. The center pad or whatever that is, is just a pad you can insert. Again, it's not thick or sturdy enough to do anything. A support bar in the center should be mandatory. There is no support in the center. This back brace just isn't supportive enough for back conditions. It may be ok for casual wear and support. If you need it for anything more than that, look elsewhere.

Great belt
I'm really happy with this belt. I love the lumbar insert. There are days when I don't feel I need that added support but it's nice to have the cushion. I am not thrilled that there isn't a central support stay. The other stays are decent, but it would be more helpful if they were on either side of the spine. The elastic is flexible, but supportive. It's a bit more narrow that I am used to, and I do have a longer torso so factor that in. Sizing is a bit tricky, if you're between sizes you might want to go up if you're on the higher end of the size range. It's an effective belt, but check your sizing. It's not meant for heavy use, but I can use this for light wear around the house.
