I love this thing , it’s fast and sturdy. The brakes are great on this scooter and the brightness of the light is perfect. I really love that it has blinkers, so that cars know which way you’re turning. I would highly recommend for the price and quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM NIU!!! Avoid this scooter brand entirely, we’ve had nothing but issues with these scooters. They don’t perform to the level that they claim to. And god forbid you should have to deal with customer service or the complete lack thereof. My tire ruptured on a flat road after I’d had the scooter for five weeks and it’s gonna cost me more money to repair since they don’t cover tires on the warranty..

It is built to last. Quality product. A bit heavy but worth it. Works in the rain. I would like to see one with a seat.

Purchase the scooter about 7 months ago. On average. I use it about three times a week to go to the office. 5 mi each way. So quite a lot of riding. Generally the scooter is pretty good. Comfortable, accelerates well, good brakes, looks good and has decent shock. Absorbers. Biggest problem is starting to be battery life. I used to be able to go to and from the office on a single charge and now I'm finding that about half a mile from my house on their way back. It runs out of battery and that's despite the display saying that I have two bars out of five left. So definitely not the best battery life that I've seen. The other issue is the mobile app which on Android frankly is just not very good. On the one hand, when you lock the scooter using the app through Bluetooth, what I found is that sometimes the rear light stays on which completely can drain the battery if you're not careful. On the other hand, the Bluetooth connection doesn't seem to hold between my phone and the scooter. I'm on a pixel 8. So a high-end Android phone. Whenever I try and do a firmware update the Bluetooth disconnects and it gives me an error saying that there's no connection. So these guys have definitely not put enough time and effort into the mobile application. That's pretty typical and I see this when manufactures all the time, especially on Android. If they could somehow improve the battery life and fix the mobile app, the ladder of which is pretty simple, this could easily be a 5 out of five. But given those issues I can't give it more than a three. Hope this helps

The mile range listed is most definitely a far stretch, I racked up about 66 miles total in my 2 months of riding it everyday… Each day I travel 2-3 miles (3miles at most), that being said every other day (so 6 miles max) I have to charge my scooter. It’s a good scooter, definitely reliable it’ll get you from point A to B, but I’m definitely upset about the range it goes. Even if it was the minimum as listed (18 miles) I’d be pretty happy about! But it doesn’t reach 10 without needing a charge.
